Alexandra Lynch
is an attorney in Margolis Edelstein's labor and employment group in the Philadelphia office. She has experience in a variety of employment related matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and hostile work environment. Prior to joining Margolis Edelstein, Ms. Lynch worked as an associate concentrating in employment practices litigation and general litigation. She earned her B.S. degree from Ursinus College and her J.D. degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law.

Elizabeth Mincer
practices in the area of traditional labor and employment. She represents employers in litigation at both the state and federal level in a range of employment matters, including with respect to laws relating to labor and unionization, age, race, gender, and disability discrimination, sexual and racial harassment, and wage and hour. Ms. Mincer represents employers before various administrative agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor, and Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission with respect to charges, audits, elections and investigations. She also advises employers on a range of workplace issues, including compliance with federal, state and local laws governing the workplace, and in particular the National Labor Relations Act. Ms. Mincer assists employers by reviewing and drafting employee policies and handbooks, confidentiality and restrictive covenant agreements, and termination and severance agreements. She also conducts trainings for employers about various NLRA-related issues and union avoidance. Ms. Mincer advises clients in various sectors including education, healthcare, technology, construction, transportation and service industries.

Gery T. Nietupski
is with Law Offices of Nietupski Angelone LLC in Erie, Pennsylvania. He is an honors graduate of both John Carroll University and the Duquesne University School of Law. At Duquesne, Dr. Nietupski earned the law school's highest honor, the Distinguished Student award. He has taught a variety of classes at both Gannon and Edinboro University for over 40 years, and is a frequent and sought after lecturer for several professional employment organizations, including the Manufacturer and Business Association of Northwestern Pennsylvania. Dr. Nietupski focuses his extensive practice in representing employers and employees in their workplace relationships. He has negotiated approximately 80 labor contracts for management, has weathered nine strikes, and has litigated hundreds of cases before state and federal courts, as well as the NLRB, EEOC, OSHA, wage and hour and the PHRC.

Jennifer L. DeFlitch
is an attorney in the Pittsburgh office of Margolis Edelstein. She is a seasoned litigation attorney with over 15 years of experience. Ms. DeFlitch began her legal career in the energy sector, specializing in oil and gas law, before transitioning to criminal defense. For over eight years, she served at the Westmoreland County Public Defender's Office, where she managed a diverse caseload, from minor summary offenses to serious homicides, guiding clients through all stages of the legal process, including preliminary hearings and appeals. Ms. DeFlitch's trial experience is extensive, encompassing numerous non-jury and jury trials with significant successes. She is renowned for her vigorous defense strategies, often achieving case dismissals through pre-trial motions. Ms. DeFlitch is a dedicated educator at Westmoreland County Community College, where she teaches courses in legal research, writing, and estates and trusts. She earned her B.A. degree from Bucknell University and her J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law.

Douglas C. Hart
is a member in the Pittsburgh office of Burns White LLC. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, where his primary focus is in the areas of commercial litigation, employment litigation and real estate. Mr. Hart defends employers in state and federal agencies, and counsels management in a wide variety of matters involving employment issues. He also has significant experience litigating matters involving restrictive covenants such as non-compete and confidentiality agreements. Mr. Hart is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh, his M.B.A. degree from Duquesne University and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University.

As a member of the firm's executive committee, board of directors, and co-chair of its labor and employment practice group, Ms. Gallagher brings over three decades of diverse experience to her clients. With a career spanning both private practice and in-house roles, she offers a unique perspective on traditional labor law, employment law, and litigation. Ms. Gallagher's expertise encompasses managing complex legal matters, including class action litigation, overseeing corporate acquisitions, finance, and governance, and handling employment-related legal issues across various industries. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Michigan. Ms. Gallagher earned her B.S. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her J.D. degree from George Washington University Law School.
