Steven L. Lovett
is currently the Managing Director and CEO of the Lovett Law Group, LLC, and former General Counsel and Vice President of Risk Management at Emporia State University. Mr. Lovett attended St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, and has held, or currently holds, licenses to practice law in Texas, New Mexico, Kansas, the federal 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and several federal district courts. He has served as counsel for a variety of commercial and public agency clientele, including but not limited to, public universities, regional banking institutions and credit unions (state and federal charters), healthcare groups, and private industry businesses.
