Greg H. Haubrich
is a personal-injury trial lawyer with Foshee & Yaffe. He is licensed in Oklahoma and all Oklahoma federal district courts, the 10th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. For 40 years, Mr. Haubrich's practice has been solely dedicated to representing injured people in insurance claims. including bad faith, product liability, civil rights, tort claims, medical product liability, medical negligence, vehicle wrecks, and premises liability. He is a sustaining member of the Oklahoma Association for Justice, was the organization's CLE chair for about ten years, and for many years wrote "The Barrister's Column", practical advice on how to try jury cases.

David W. Holub
is an attorney in Merrillville, Indiana. He is board-certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a civil trial advocate. Mr. Holub is admitted to practice before the Indiana state courts; U.S. Federal District courts, Southern and Northern districts, U.S. Supreme Court, and U.S. Federal District Court in the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Lake County and Indiana State bar associations, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, The Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum - The Top Trial Lawyers in America, and National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. Mr. Holub earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Olivet College and his J.D. degree from Valparaiso University.

Rob Astorino, Jr.
is a trial attorney at Stein Whatley Astorino, PLLC. His civil litigation practice focuses on helping people who were seriously injured in car wrecks, big truck wrecks, motorcycle wrecks, slip and fall cases, or from medical malpractice receive compensation for their loss. Mr. Astorino has experience representing wrongful death cases where persons die as a result of the negligent, reckless, or wrongful acts of others. His civil litigation practice also includes handling consumer fraud, breach of contract, insurance coverage denials, bad faith, and other consumer protection cases. Mr. Astorino earned his B.S. degree from Purdue University and his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Kentucky Justice Association, Louisville Bar Association, and American Association for Justice. Mr. Astorino is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western districts of Kentucky, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Kentucky.

Kathleen M. Erickson
is a partner with the law firm of O'Neill McFadden & Willett. She focuses her practice on a wide range of civil litigation defense and has extensive experience handling medical malpractice and healthcare defense matters. Ms. Erickson works with her clients through all phases of litigation, including investigation, motion practice, written and oral discovery, and trial. She represents hospitals and individual health care providers before medical review panels, in court and on appeal. Ms. Erickson earned her B.A. degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and her J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. She is a member of the Lake County Indiana Bar Association.
