Jessica M. Baquet
is a partner at Westerman Ball Ederer Miller Zucker & Sharfstein, LLP, chair of the firm's Trusts, Estates and Fiduciary Litigation Department and member of the firm's Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment departments. She represents individuals, municipalities and institutional clients in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts and before administrative bodies. She also handles appeals to the Appellate divisions of the New York State Supreme Court, the New York Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. In her trusts, estates and fiduciary litigation practice, She represents beneficiaries, creditors and fiduciaries in proceedings before the Supreme Courts and Surrogate's Courts throughout New York state, including those involving probate, administration, will and trust construction, inheritance rights, fiduciary accountings, discovery and turnover, contested guardianship proceedings and the removal or suspension of fiduciaries. Ms. Baquet is also experienced in estate planning and administration. She is a graduate of New York University and St. John's University School of Law.

Matthew E. Rappaport
chairs Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP's taxation and private client groups. He concentrates his practice in taxation as it relates to real estate, closely held businesses, private equity funds, family offices, and trusts and estates. Mr. Rappaport advises clients regarding tax planning, structuring and compliance for commercial real estate projects, all stages of the business life cycle, generational wealth transfer, family business succession, and executive compensation. He also collaborates with other attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, bankers, and insurance professionals when they encounter matters requiring a threshold level of tax law expertise. Mr. Rappaport earned his J.D. degree and his Master of Laws in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member and admitted to practice in the state of New York and the U.S. Tax Court.

Arthur M. Fowler, III
is an attorney with Fowler Baker Shade PLLC in Johnson City, Tennessee. He focuses his practice on probate and land disputes. Mr. Fowler graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with his B.A. degree, after which he attended Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in accounting. Upon returning to Tennessee, he attended The University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys Law School, graduating, cum laude, with his J.D. degree.
