Daniel J. Jurkovic
is a solo practitioner located in Rutherford, New Jersey, whose practice is concentrated in the areas of elder law, guardianship, disability planning and estate planning. He has been granted the title of certified elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. This certification has been approved by the New Jersey Supreme Court and accredited by the American Bar Association. Recently, Mr. Jurkovic represented the Guardianship Association of New Jersey, Inc. (GANJI) and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys-N.J. (NAELA-NJ), as amicus parties before the New Jersey Supreme Court in the matter of Thomas Saccone v. Board of Trustees, Police and Fireman's Retirement System. He previously served as lead attorney on the amicus curiae brief submitted to the New Jersey Supreme Court in the matter of In Re Keri. Mr. Jurkovic earned his B.S.B.A. degree from Thomas Edison State College, his M.S. degree in labor relations from Cornell University and Baruch College and his J.D. degree and a certificate in health law policy from Pace University School of Law.

Julie D. Eisenhower
is an owner and managing partner with Patel & Eisenhower, PLLC in Knoxville, Tennessee. She practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, probate, conservatorships, elder law, family law, appellate law, civil litigation and serves as an administrator ad litem and fiduciary for many estates. Ms. Eisenhower is a Master Certified Estate Planner® through the National Institute of Certified Estate Planners. She earned an A.A. degree, summa cum laude, in history from Pellissippi State Technical Community College and her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, in history from the University of Tennessee. Ms. Eisenhower earned her J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. She is currently a candidate for an LL.M. degree in elder law and estate planning through the Western New England University School of Law.

Don D. Ford, III
is the managing partner with the law firm of Ford + Bergner LLP, and is board-certified in estate planning and probate. He has lectured to various professional groups on tax and estate planning, probate, and guardianships topics, and practices exclusively in these areas. In 2014, Mr. Ford was appointed by the chief justice of the Texas Supreme Court to serve as a commissioner on the Judicial Branch Certification Commission as a subject-matter expert in the area of guardianships. Additionally, he served from 2006 to 2014 on the Texas Guardianship Certification Board, where he served as the vice-chair of the committee and chaired the Rules Committee. Mr. Ford has also served on the editorial board of the Houston Lawyer Magazine, and the Board of Trustees for the Houston Lawyer Referral Service. He is a member of the Probate, Trusts and Estates sections of both the Houston and Dallas bar associations. Mr. Ford earned his J.D. and B.B.A. in Accounting from Baylor University, and completed several post-graduate courses in pursuit of a Masters in Taxation.

is a partner at WhiteheadFink Elder Law LLC, in Chicago, Illinois, where she practices in the areas of estate and trust administration, guardianship, Medicaid planning, estate planning and elder law. Ms. Fink is a member of the Chicago Bar Association (Elder Law Committee and Probate Practice Committee); a former mentor with the CBA group mentoring program in probate and estates; a board member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Illinois Chapter; and co-chair of the education committee of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Illinois Chapter. She earned her B.A. degree from Denison University and her J.D. degree from The John Marshall Law School.
