Douglas L. Lineberry
is a Shareholder with Maynard Nexsen. Whether he is assisting clients with the protection of intellectual property through patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution, or intellectual property litigation, he focuses on building relationships founded on trust and constant communication. Mr. Lineberry successfully prosecutes patent applications for mechanical, medical, and chemical technologies. He helps clients with establishing and protecting trademark portfolios, guarding against improper third-party use, and conducting enforcement actions. Mr. Lineberry advises his clients on all matters involving intellectual property, trade secrets, branding and marketing issues, and contractual and other business matters. He also works with mid-level companies within the biotech industry. This gives Mr. Lineberry the opportunity to use his broad connections to help bring their inventions to market safely while protecting their intellectual property every step of the way. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, American Bar Association, Greenville Bar Association, Trademark & Copyright Law Association and The Carolina Patent Trademark Copyright Law Association. Mr. Lineberry earned his B.A. degree from Emory & Henry College and his J.D. degree from Mercer University School of Law.

is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Mark J. Favaloro
is the principal of Favaloro Law, originally established in Massachusetts before establishing his current Virginia Beach office. He brings 38 years of trial experience to the firm, having handled matters in the trial courts of the Commonwealths of Virginia and Massachusetts, as well as in the U.S. District courts and courts of Appeal in the First and Fourth circuits. Mr. Favaloro is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Massachusetts Bar Association, American Judicature Society, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice (AAJ). He earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire; his J.D. degree from the New England Law/Boston; and his LL.M. degree from the Boston University School of Law.

Robert A. West, Jr.
is a seasoned litigator with 20 years of experience. He serves as a trusted advisor to insurance providers, financial institutions, private and public corporations, and individuals across numerous sectors and industries. Mr. West is deeply committed to helping entrepreneurs and businesses thrive by creating, developing, and leveraging their intellectual property portfolios to achieve business goals. His practice encompasses all facets of intellectual property litigation, including pre-suit investigations and searches, trials, appeals, and post-grant patent matters. Mr. West represents clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), various boards, and federal courts in a wide range of IP matters. He is also a registered patent attorney handling prosecutorial matters before the USPTO. Mr. West routinely uses this knowledge to his advantage in IP litigation. His IP practice further includes managing IP portfolios to ensure competitors do not infringe, as well as negotiating, drafting, and reviewing license, royalty, and purchase agreements. Mr. West has been leveraging forms of AI in his legal practice since before the term was widely recognized. He utilizes AI-powered tools for all forms of drafting, including the preparation of demand letters and settlement agreements, providing clients with innovative and efficient legal solutions. Mr. West's expertise in AI-driven legal processes enhances his ability to deliver strategic advice and analysis regarding the formation, management, and enforcement of intellectual property assets.

Mark Stignani
is a partner in the Minneapolis office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP. He is the chair of the firm's data analytics practice group, and applies his intellectual curiosity, technical and research savvy, and penchant for innovation to create a broad spectrum of analytics and strategic review of clients' corporate transactions, reorganizations, and intellectual property endeavors. Mr. Stignani earned his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law while working for Alliant Techsystems. He previously had completed postgraduate work in robotics and control systems at the University of Minnesota and National Technological University, while working at Honeywell, Inc. Further, Mr. Stignani is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP). He offers his insights through dozens of webinars annually, and serves as a regular lecturer at colleges and universities across the state of Minnesota. Mr. Stignani also is a frequent speaker for various associations and conferences, including Reel Lawyer, Black Hills IP Analytics Series, LES International and Practicing Law Institute.
