Erin E. McManis
is a partner at CHDB Law LLP. She has significant experience with assessment collections, covenant enforcement, governing document interpretation and other general counsel issues. Ms. McManis also advises clients on construction contracts, to make sure clients understand all applicable lien issues, progress payments, termination procedures, and legal concerns involving subcontractors. She also has significant experience representing housing cooperatives in litigation and general counsel matters. Ms. McManis' experience also extends to defending creditors, in commercial law litigation, including class actions, arising from the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). She also regularly provides training to new members of the Board of Directors and speaks throughout the community on various homeowner association topics. Ms. McManis earned her B.A. degree from Truman State University and her J.D. degree from Creighton University School of Law. She is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) and The Leadership Centre. Ms. McManis is licensed to practice law in Arizona and California, as well as the Federal District Courts in Arizona and California.

Dianne Dickman
is an attorney at CHDB Law LLP. She works with the firm's litigation and insurance defense practice areas. Ms. Dickman earned her J.D. degree from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2023. During law school, she held several legal externships, including with the Office of the Arizona Governor, City of Phoenix Civil Department, a boutique real estate law firm, and an employment and municipal law firm. In addition, Ms. Dickman served as a managing editor for the Corporate and Business Law Journal.

Pamela J. Park
is of principal at Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit. She focuses her practice on representing condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations. Ms. Park is one of the firm's senior litigators, concentrating in the defense of discrimination actions. She has successfully handled numerous complaints on the federal, state and local levels, including the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Illinois Department of Human Rights, State of Illinois Human Rights Commission, Cook County Commission on Human Rights, and City of Chicago Commission on Human Relations. Ms. Park earned her B.S. degree from Iowa State University and her J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law.

is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

is a member of McDonald Hopkins LLC. He is chair of the firm's business department. His practice focuses on real estate and finance. He understands the complex and challenging issues facing the real estate and finance industries . Mr. Gunning's experience spans the areas of real estate, finance, construction, and general corporate law, and includes real estate acquisition and dispositions, joint venture agreements, investor relations, negotiations/contracts, litigation management and fund development. He has represented national lenders and other financial institutions, borrowers, institutional and corporate owners, national retailers, privately-held businesses and national, regional and local developers. Mr. Gunning is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
