Speaker bio
Katie Bindrup
is an attorney with the David Bindrup Law Firm PLLC, whose practice is focused in the areas of probate, trust administration, and guardianship. She has worked for a wide variety of legal practices, ranging from multi-billion dollar companies to law firms, including Sedgwick LLP, and Snell & Wilmer. What makes Ms. Bindrup unique from most estate planning and probate attorneys is her background in litigation and negotiation, which is invaluable when dealing with Nevada probates, trust administration, and trust litigation. She earned her B.A. degree from Brigham Young University; her paralegal certificate from Utah Valley University, where she graduated with honors; and her J.D. degree from Cooley Law School, where she was the class valedictory speaker.

Evelina M. Ruszkowski
is an attorney at The Prue Law Group, P.C., where she concentrates her practice in the various issues that arise in the settlement of estates and matters in probate court, as well as working with those who have suffered any type of personal injury. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire School of Law and holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in electrical and biomedical engineering and a minor in business from the University of Rhode Island. Ms. Ruszkowski is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association and Women's Bar Association of Massachusetts. She is licensed to practice law in Connecticut and in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Paul W. Hamilton
is owner and founder of Hamilton Trust Estate & Elder Law. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of North Georgia and his J.D. degree from Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University. Mr. Hamilton is admitted to practice in the following courts: United States Court of Federal Claims, U.S. District Court for Middle District of Georgia, Georgia Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, and all state courts in Georgia. He is a member of the Lowndes County Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia.

Christopher L. Cauble
is the managing partner in the firm of Cauble, Furr & Beguin, LLP in Grants Pass, Oregon, practicing in the area of probate and trust litigation, including litigating claims, money that has been stolen by PR's or fiduciaries, defending or prosecuting will contests, and elder abuse litigation. Additionally, he deals with all estate and probate related tax issues. Mr. Cauble earned his B.A. degree (Departmental Honors) from Willamette University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, (Phi Alpha Delta) from Gonzaga University School of Law. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar board of Governors, Oregon State Bar Administrative Law Executive Committee (Chair, 2009), Oregon State Bar House of Delegates and the Oregon State Bar Judicial Administration Committee. Mr. Cauble is a member of Oregon State Bar Board of Governors from 2020-2024. He is admitted to practice in Oregon and before the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court District of Oregon, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
