Speaker bio
Sherry Neal
is a partner at Corporation Immigration Partners. She is a seasoned immigration attorney who has dedicated the last two decades of her legal career exclusively to immigration law. Ms. Neal has a diverse background initially covering estate planning, probate, and domestic relations law, she now focuses on representing various entities, from Fortune 500 companies to non-profits and healthcare organizations. Ms. Neal offers expertise in employment immigration strategy, processing, and compliance, benefiting both organizations and their staff. As an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), she has held leadership roles like chair of the Ohio Chapter and served on the Board of Governors and Healthcare Committee. Additionally, Ms. Neal's articles on immigration law have been published in local, national, and international books and magazines. A sought-after speaker, she frequently presents at conferences hosted by legal bar associations, trade organizations, and employment groups. Ms. Neal earned her B.A. degree from Cedarville University and her J.D. degree from the University of Dayton. She is admitted to practice in Ohio.

Tieranny L. Cutler
is an attorney based in Atlanta, Georgia. The majority of her career has centered around advising international corporations on the acquisition and management of an international workforce. She has guided multinational companies on hiring international talent, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and audits. Ms. Cutler has also supported litigation matters and counseled clients on government benefits applications, employment agreements, and corporate relationship documents. She has worked in several major cities, including London, Atlanta, and Miami, and offers U.S. and U.K. employment-based immigration knowledge gained through high volume positions with AmLaw firms and Fortune 100 clients. On behalf of institutional clients, Ms. Cutler has managed high volume accounts consisting of PERM, H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, EB-2, EB-3, I-485, and I-130, as well as counseled individual clients on I-601 and I-601A waivers, asylum, consular processing, family reunification, and withholding of removal, among other matters. Her vast experience, including employment and education outside of the United States, uniquely positions her to provide holistic legal advice. Ms. Cutler has contributed to the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) through volunteering with the Global Migration Section's Audiovisual and Consular Liaison Committees. She is also a member of the Customs & International Trade Bar Association, Women in International Trade, and the International Law section of the American Bar Association. Ms. Cutler's pro bono practice includes work with the Georgia Asylum & Immigration Network, where she supports victims of crimes through the U visa process. She also serves on the National Leadership Council of The Pink Agenda, a partner of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Ms. Cutler earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in International Business, from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington; and also studied International Business at the Universitat de Valencia in Valencia, Spain. She later earned her J.D. degree from Elon University School of Law, where she worked with the university's Humanitarian Immigration Law Clinic; as well as served as a founding member and officer of the International Law Journal and case manager for the Innocence Project.

Jessica J. Weiss, Esq.
is an attorney with Weiss & Moy, PC. Her practice has an emphasis in business and family immigration work, with a particular focus on nonimmigrant business visas E-1/E-2 and immigrant and employment-based immigration work. Mrs. Weiss represents individuals, and corporations small and large. Additional representations include world-renowned athletes and coaches, and Olympians in the track and field industry, NBA, NFL, and other sports related professionals including coaches, therapists, etc. in categories such as O-1A and P areas. Mrs. Weiss has represented clients in H-1B cases. Religious workers including priests, rabbis and religious studies teachers. She can assist you from when you enter as a tourist to changing status to nonimmigrant and then moving to a green card category and one day citizenship. Mrs. Weiss offers her knowledge and experience with resources of a small firm and hourly as well as fixed fees on cases for client flexibility and comfort. Ana M. Gracia
is an attorney at Jezic & Moyse, LLC. She successfully represents individuals before U.S. Immigration Courts, State Department, Department of Homeland Security, Board of Immigration Appeals, and Maryland State Courts. Ms. Gracia has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and DC Hispanic Bar Association since 2019. She currently serves in the DC Hispanic Bar Association Public Service and Social Events committees. Ms. Gracia has volunteered with the American Civil Liberties Union and participated in the Justice-Free Zones: U.S. Immigration Detention Under the Trump Administration research report. She has also volunteered with Human Rights Watch's Voices for Justice project. Ms. Gracia earned a Master's of Law Degree in Law and Government with a specialization in immigration and policy from American University Washington College of Law. She was awarded the Program on Law and Government Merit scholarship and received the Judge Jerry Hermele Book Award. During her time at American University, Ms. Gracia worked at the Immigration Justice Clinic, as a Dean's Fellow, and assisted in representing individuals before the Arlington Asylum Office, Board of Immigration Appeals, and State Department. At the same time, she completed an externship with the American Bar Association's Commission on Immigration. Her externship consisted of working with detainees in ICE custody conducting remote individual orientations and assisting them with their immigration proceedings. Ms. Gracia drafted a pro se Stay of Removal. She earned her J.D. degree from St. Thomas University College of Law and her B.A. degrees in political science and international relations from Florida International University.
