Peter L. Wechsler
is an attorney and founder of The Wechsler Law Group, LLC. He is a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit civil mediator and practices in Pinecrest (Miami), Florida. Mr. Wechsler is also a Florida Supreme Court qualified arbitrator and concentrates his practice in civil litigation, mediation, eDiscovery, electronically stored information (ESI), product liability, personal injury and wrongful death, insurance disputes, complex commercial litigation, motor vehicle crashworthiness, and accident reconstruction, and has been appointed by the courts numerous times as a special master in eDiscovery disputes. He earned his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. Mr. Wechsler is board-certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and is a member of The American College of Board Certified Attorneys. He has been consistently selected by his peers as a Florida Super Lawyer®, including 2016-2020 in personal injury and products defense. Mr. Wechsler finished his five-year term on the Florida Board of Bar Examiners, and is now an emeritus member. He has been appointed to the Professionalism Committees of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, and is a member of the Florida Supreme Court Standard Jury Instructions-Civil Committee. Mr. Wechsler is a fellow in the American College of e-Neutrals, a life member of the Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine (AAAM), the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), the Florida Defense Lawyers Association (FDLA), the Brain Injury Association of Florida, the Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan (JSAE), and many other societies and organizations. He has been dealing with Frye and Daubert matters for many years, and has been involved in qualifying and disqualifying experts in various fields at trial. Mr. Wechsler has used most types of experts in trial, including accident reconstruction, biomechanical, medical and mental health.

Michele M. Feeney
is the founder of Michele M. Feeney LLC. Her practice is exclusively mediation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. She formerly litigated cases in the areas of medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, and other tort litigation. Ms. Feeney earned her B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and her J.D. degree from the University of Notre Dame. She is a member (former chair) of the executive committee of the Arizona State Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. She also serves as the director of Trial Advocacy at the Sandra Day O'Connor School of Law at Arizona State University.

Barry M. Snyder
is the owner of The Law Office of Barry M. Snyder, P.A. He has more than 40 years of litigation experience focusing in the fields of personal injury, wrongful death, and criminal defense. Mr. Snyder is a board-certified civil trial lawyer, mediator and qualified arbitrator. He is also a NBTA certified trial lawyer. Mr. Snyder is AV rated with Martindale-Hubbel and voted Top Lawyers in Florida, Super Lawyer, and National Trial Lawyer's Top 100 Civil Plaintiff. He is admitted to practice in Florida, as well as federal court (Southern, Middle and Northern districts). Mr. Snyder is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Justice Association; committee member of the Miami-Dade Branch of Professionalism for Attorneys; past guest speaker at University of Miami Law School, St. Thomas Law School, and Miami-Dade College; and is a trial consultant with Trial Consultants Inc. He is also a former past president of the North Dade Bar Association. Mr. Snyder earned his B.A. degree from the University of Miami and his J.D. degree from the University of New Hampshire Law School (Franklin Pierce Law Center).

Erik Heninger
is a partner with the firm of Heninger Garrison Davis, LLC, where he focuses his practice in representing individuals and businesses in civil litigation ranging from breach of contract to wrongful death. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, The Mississippi Bar, State Bar of Georgia, Birmingham Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Association of Justice and the Alabama Association of Justice. Mr. Heninger is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and is a former president of the Alabama Association of Justice. He also serves as a Tenth Circuit bar commissioner for the Alabama State Bar and on the Executive Committee of the Birmingham Bar Association. Mr. Heninger earned his undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College and his J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law.

Mary Ewing
is a founding member of Mary Ewing Law Office PC. Having previously practiced for 20 years with Ewing & Ewing PC, she is a tireless advocate in her representation of those who have been injured as a result of an automobile collision, dangerous condition, defective product, or professional negligence. Ms. Ewing also represents those involved in divorce litigation, workers' compensation claims, Social Security claims, and employment matters. She has been a frequent presenter at numerous continuing legal education seminars, held a board position with the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association for 30 years, and was certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Ms. Ewing served as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Denver College of Law for many years, as well as on the teaching faculty for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Colorado and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver.

Joseph G. Price
is a member of Anzalone & Doyle Trial Lawyers in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, where he focuses his practice on plaintiff's personal injury and, specifically, motor-vehicle accidents and tractor trailer collisions, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and premises liability. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association of Justice, Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and Lackawanna County Bar Association. Mr. Price is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania; as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Third Circuit. He is a 2008 graduate of the University of Rochester, where he was a member of the varsity football team and served as president of the Beta Phi chapter of the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity. After graduation, Mr. Price served in the United States Peace Corps as a teacher of English and as a foreign language volunteer in the Central Asian Republic of Kyrgyzstan. He is a 2013 magna cum laude graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. Mr. Price returned to northeastern Pennsylvania to serve as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Vito P. Geroulo of the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas. Following his clerkship, for the next ten years he ran a private law practice that focused on civil and criminal litigation. During this time, Mr. Price amassed an extensive array of litigation experience, trying to verdict over a dozen jury trials in both state and federal court. For his efforts, Super Lawyers has recognized him for six consecutive years as a Rising Star in the practice area of civil litigation - plaintiffs' counsel. Mr. Price joined the Anzalone & Doyle Trial Lawyers team in 2025 to use his litigation experience in representing individuals injured through no fault of their own.
