Jill Scher
CPA, MS, is a Managing Director in the Tax & Business Services Division at CBIZ Inc. With over 25 years of experience in public and private accounting, Jill has developed a stellar reputation for her ability to build strong relationships and apply her diverse experience, technical proficiency, and problem-solving skills across various industries including manufacturing, technology, cannabis, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and green energy. Jill specializes in tax consulting, compliance, transaction structuring, and representation, advising on tax minimization and deferral strategies for companies and their owners. She is skilled at identifying tax and credit incentive opportunities such as research & development, work opportunity, and investment tax credits. She also advises on tax ramifications prior to potential transactions and has successfully assisted clients in the abatement of IRS and state penalties. A recognized expert in the cannabis industry, Jill supports companies with technology solutions, tax planning, and relationship building within the sector. She actively shares her knowledge through frequent speaking engagements and teaches classes on tax, technical, and professional ethics for continuing education to CPAs. Jill serves on the Board of the Long Island Capital Alliance (LICA) and the Executive Finance Committee of the Tesla Science Center. She previously served as a Director on the Board of the Nassau Chapter of the New York State Society of CPAs. Bonnie L. Mackey
is a certified public accountant with the Florida office of Levin, Silvey, Zelko & Mackey, P.A., where her background includes all facets of accounting, including financial statement and tax preparation, as well as computer software and bookkeeping assistance. She is also a Certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor. Ms. Mackey graduated from the University of South Florida with an extended B.S. degree in business administration and earned her MBA degree from Keller Graduate School of Devry University. In 2000, she earned her Certified Specialist in Estate Planning (CSEP) designation from the National Institute for Excellence in Professional Education, LLC, and in 2011 attained Accredited Estate Planner(r) status. Additionally, Ms. Mackey is an instructor for the Becker CPA Review course, an FICPA Ethics course facilitator and a frequent lecturer on various topics. She is the past-president for the FICPA N. Dade S. Broward chapter, American Woman's Society of CPAs - S. Florida Affiliate, and the North Dade/South Broward Estate Planning Council, past treasurer for the Broward County Guardianship Association, National AWSCPA VP of Regions and on the Trust Advisory Board for MonarchCare, Inc., as well as its immediate past chair, in addition to the firm's other affiliations.

Kristopher R. Hallengren
is a Managing Member with Vallit Advisors, LLC, where he has more than 25 years of experience, the last 20 of which have been solely focused on dispute consulting, forensic accounting and business valuation as well as expert witness testimony in complex litigation matters. Mr. Hallengren is focused on providing valuation and forensic services as well as expert testimony in a wide variety of complex litigation matters, specifically divorce ; with 2/3s of his practice is divorce based cases. He has testified nearly 100 times, over half of which were in a divorced based context. Mr. Hallengren is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) by the American Society of Appraisers, Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He earned his B.S. degree from Salisbury University and his M.S. degree from Loyola College.

Ms. Miller is a member of the Kentucky Society Certified Public Accountant (Tax and Construction Committee), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a past member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants New CPA Committee, Small Business Committee and Leadership Council. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Airlangga University and her M.B.A. degree from the University of Kentucky.

Aubrey P. Boswell
is an attorney with Boswell PLLC in Dallas. Mr. Boswell was drawn to the practice of estate planning and probate when he realized the importance these areas hold in everyone's lives. He values helping clients leave a meaningful legacy and helping to protect that legacy after a loved one passes away. His legal experience has been amplified by his accounting background. Boswell is one of a very select group of attorneys in the state of Texas who holds both a law license and CPA license. His practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and trust matters. Mr. Boswell earned his Bachelors of Business Administration, Accounting from Southern Methodist University and his J.D. degree from SMU Dedman School of Law.

is an Associate with the New York office of Blank Rome LLP. She concentrates her practice on a wide range of state and local tax matters. Ms. Lee previously served as a senior manager of state and local taxation and alternative investment funds at a tax firm headquartered in San Francisco. In this role, she advised both individuals and companies on issues involving sales and use tax, personal income tax, corporate income tax, and pass-through entity tax. Ms. Lee also served as an intern to the Honorable Stephen A. Bucaria at the Nassau County Supreme Court and an intern at the Suffolk County Attorney's Office. During law school, she served as an article & notes editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. Ms. Lee has co-authored articles and reports for TaxStringer, the American Bar Association, and the New York City Bar Association State & Local Taxation Committee. She has also presented on state and local tax issues before both the New York State and New Jersey Society of CPAs. Ms. Lee earned her BA degree, cum laude, and MBA from Stony Brook University, and her JD degree from St. John's University School of Law.

is an Associate with the Philadelphia office of Blank Rome LLP. She concentrates her practice on a wide range of state and local tax matters. Ms. Terinoni is a certified public accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and previously worked as a manager of state and local tax controversy at a Fortune 100 company. In this role, she assisted the company on its state and local tax audits and litigation. During law school, Ms. Terinoni served as a staff editor of the Temple Law Review. She earned her MAcc degree from Temple University, BS degree from Drexel University and JD degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
