is a solo practitioner in Swannanoa, North Carolina. He has successfully litigated thousands of cases, tried hundreds, and managed dozens of appeals in his career of more than 40 years in Detroit, Michigan; Charlotte, Asheville; and now Swannanoa, North Carolina. Mr. Kurdys’ practice focus is commercial/business litigation, construction, real estate disputes, wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury, insurance coverage, and family law. He is also a certified superior court mediator, and an author and presenter of continued legal education programs focused on civil trial practice skills, evidence and professionalism. Mr. Kurdys attended the University of Michigan and the University of Toledo College of Law.

How do I access my courses?

Do you have options for attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing?

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
