Joan Mann Thomas
is a principal at the Law Offices of Joan Mann Thomas, where she practices in the areas of family law, divorce, separation agreements, child custody, visitation rights, child support, spousal support, premarital agreements, and distribution agreements. She also practices real estate litigation and a discovery facilitator for Marin County. Ms. Mann Thomas is a frequent lecturer on her areas of practice. She earned her B.A. degree from Mills College and her J.D. degree from Hastings College of Law, University of California. Ms. Mann Thomas is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, the Marin County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and the American Bar Association. She is a State Bar Arbitrator and a Discovery Facilitator for the Marin County Superior Court.

is the managing attorney of the Law Offices of David M. Lederman where he practices in the areas of family law. He is a Certified Specialist in Family Law by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Lederman was appointed to the State Bar of California, Family Law Executive Committee (FLEXCOM) in 2013, Section Chair in 2016, and Legislative Chair in 2014. He received his B.A. degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz and his J.D. degree from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific.

Her practice areas include child custody, child support, domestic violence, modification of orders, paternity case, property division and spousal support. Ms. Graves is a frequent author and speaker on her areas of practice. She earned her J.D. degree from Loyola Law School.

Marina Manoukian
is a member at Clark Hill LLP. Her practice focuses on civil litigation including business, real estate, and construction litigation, as well as family law litigation. In her civil practice, Ms. Manoukian represents businesses, property owners, contractors, and material suppliers in matters involving contract disputes, disputes among business owners, claims over ownership of property and breaches of real property purchase agreements, construction defect claims, foreclosure of mechanic's liens, disputes between homeowner and contractor, between general contractor and subcontractor or material supplier, and claims against unlicensed contractors. She is also a Certified Family Law Specialist with the California Bar. Ms. Manoukian has over 30 years of experience representing clients in divorce cases, custody and support matters, as well as domestic violence restraining order cases. She believes that parties going through divorce, child custody or restraining order cases deserve personal attention, because the outcome of these types of cases have an impact on the daily lives of her clients. Ms. Manoukian earned her BA degree from University of California-Los Angeles and JD degree from Loyola Law School.

Donald H. Latzer
is a partner in the Law Offices of Latzer & Fleming in Citrus Heights, California. He focuses his practice on all aspects of family law, including guardianships and adoptions. Mr. Latzer is a certified legal specialist in family law by the State Bar of California. He is licensed to practice in California, as well as Iowa (inactive). Mr. Latzer earned his B.A. degree from California State University, Northridge and his J.D. degree from the University of LaVerne.

Claudia Ribet
is counsel with the Los Angeles office of Complex Appellate Litigation Group LLP. She is one of only four attorneys in California recognized by the State Bar as a certified specialist in both appellate law and family law. This dual qualification gives Ms. Ribet deep insight into effective presentation of complex arguments in high-stakes family law appeals. She is a frequent author of articles about family law appellate issues, having penned more than a dozen for the Daily Journal, Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine, and Family Law News. Ms. Ribet has been a member of the state bar's Judicial Nominees Evaluation Commission (the "JNE Commission") and, for many years was Chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association's State Appellate Judicial Evaluation Committee ("SAJEC"). She is a fellow of both the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Family Lawyers. Ms. Ribet graduated from Antioch Law School in Washington, D.C. She earned her undergraduate degree in philosophy, with high honors, from Oberlin College.
