John A. Budagher, III
is an attorney with Budagher & Tann in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is a second-generation attorney at the firm. Mr. Budagher was admitted to the New Mexico State Bar. Before law school, he worked in the family firm as a legal assistant. Mr. Budagher specializes in taxation and has experience handling contract disputes, business formation, estate planning, and elder law. He received a degree in mathematics from the University of New Mexico, his J.D. degree from Thomas. M. Cooley Law School in Michigan and his LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Alabama.

Michael E. Kiefer
is the president of the financial services firm of Mark J. Napolin and Associates, Inc. The practice is focused on estate planning, business succession, financial and retirement planning for family and closely held business owners and professionals. Mr. Kiefer brings 25 years of experience in the financial markets. Through the years, he has earned the Series 7, 65, 24 and 66 licenses through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Mr. Kiefer serves on the board of the New Mexico Society of Financial Services Professionals. He earned his M.B.A. degree from Colorado State University, as well as an undergraduate degree.

Donald F. Harris
is the senior attorney at New Mexico Financial & Estate Planning Attorneys, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in estate planning, family law, probate, and creditors' rights. He has practiced law since 1990 and has received significant recognition for his reputation in the legal community and his service to clients. Mr. Harris is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Family Law Section of the New Mexico State Bar and the former president of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the New Mexico State Bar. He has been appointed several times to serve on judicial selection panels. Additionally, the American Board of Certification announced that Mr. Harris has successfully completed the requirements for national certification in Creditors' Rights Law, highlighting his expertise in the bankruptcy field. As a four-term city councilor for District 9 in Albuquerque, he provided funding for significant projects in District 9, including parks, community centers, and public safety facilities. Mr. Harris sponsored legislation setting aside 2% of the bond program for open space and the Balloon Landing Task Force. He graduated from the Hartt School of Music, specializing in saxophone and earned his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Connecticut Law School. Mr. Harris is admitted to practice in New Mexico.

Michelle I. Taylor
is an associate general counsel in the Office of the Air Force General Counsel in San Antonio, Texas, advising and providing legal support to the assistant secretary of the Air Force for Installations, Environment & Energy (SAF/IEI) and the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC). Her primary responsibilities include negotiating, drafting and executing commercial leasing transactions, including Enhanced Use Lease Agreements (EUL), and interpreting laws, policies and regulations that include dispute resolution, environmental, energy and fuel disposals. Ms. Taylor represents her clients in long-term portfolio management and sustainment of leasing projects, and land disposals domestically and internationally. She came to the Air Force from the private sector where she worked as an assistant vice president, southwest regional underwriting counsel at Fidelity National Title Company. Ms. Taylor continues to maintain her private practice, where she specializes in real estate, small business and non-profit set up, mediation, dispute resolution, estate planning, probate, and title issues. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Bennett College and her Juris Doctor degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University. Ms. Taylor was on the Dean's list, served on the Thurgood Marshall Law Review as the senior editor, and as the Chief Justice on the James M. Douglas Board of Advocates. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, where she is active in the Real Estate, Probate and Trust; Construction; and Consumer and Commercial Law sections. Ms. Taylor is licensed to practice law in Texas and before the Texas Southern District Bankruptcy Court. She is an active member on LISC Houston Advisory Board, and has been since 2014. Ms. Taylor volunteers her legal services Houston Volunteer Lawyers.

Kathleen R. Urbom
is a sole practitioner with Urbom Law Offices Chartered in Topeka, where she has a civil practice including estate planning and probate, guardian and conservatorships, trust formation, including special needs trusts, and special education law. Ms. Urbom has spoken previously on special education law, landlord tenant law, and end of life planning; including business succession, wills and trusts, and guardian conservatorships. She has spoken several times on the subject of the working knowledge of taxes as it impacts consideration of formation of various estate documents. Ms. Urbom is a member of the Kansas and Topeka bar associations, Women's Attorneys Association of Topeka, and Jenny Mitchell Kellogg Circle. She earned her B.S. degree from St. Mary of the Plains College and her J.D. degree from Washburn University of Topeka.
