is in self-practice with a primary focus in mediation, as well as contractual and business law, which he also teaches. He retired as a Captain from the U.S. Navy after 30 years and still consults on matters of national security. Dr. Martinez is currently on staff at Angelo State University, where he teaches intelligence and security studies. He is also on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Homeland and National Security Perspectives. Dr. Martinez has written articles involving transportation security and maritime cyberterrorism. He is a former special assistant attorney general for the state of Mississippi, and admitted to all Mississippi state and federal courts, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Court of Military Appeals, U.S. Court of International Trade, and U.S. Supreme Court. Dr. Martinez earned his B.A. degree in government from the University of Texas, his M.A. degree in legal studies from Antioch University, his M.S.S. degree from the U.S. Army War College and his J.D. degree from the Mississippi College School of Law.

Before becoming an attorney, she was a paralegal for 18 years. In this role, Ms. Kane assisted on a wide range of complex matters in several different practice areas in the litigation and corporate departments of a large law firm. In addition, she has experience working for in-house legal departments and in state government. Ms. Kane earned her B.A. degree from Michigan State University and her J.D. degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. is a partner with Wilson Elser and a highly respected trial attorney and legal strategist with more than 30 years of experience in maritime law, insurance coverage, and general liability. He has successfully litigated complex cases in state and federal courts across the West Coast, Hawaii, and beyond. Certified as an admiralty and maritime law specialist by the State Bar of California, Mr. Felder is a trusted advocate for vessel owners, marine insurers, ports, and terminal operators. His background includes serving as corporate counsel for Princess Cruises and Cunard Line, as well as general counsel for specialty cruise ventures, where he managed litigation, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. Mr. Felder is also a seasoned trial lawyer and member of Wilson Elser's National Trial Team, with extensive first-chair trial and appellate experience in maritime liability and insurance law. He is admitted to practice in California, Hawaii, District of Columbia, Alaska, Washington, and Oregon, as well as multiple federal district and appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Felder earned his J.D. degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he served as editor in chief of the Maritime Law Journal; his M.A. degree in psychology from Harvard University; his M.A. degree in international relations from the University of San Diego; and his A.B. degree in political science and international studies from the University of Michigan.
