Jonathan F. Cohen
is the managing partner with Plosia Cohen LLC, where his practice area focuses on labor and employment, civil litigation and school law. Mr. Cohen is a licensed mediator in the state of New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the United States District Court of New Jersey, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Cohen is the president emeritus of the New Jersey Chapter of the Labor Employment Relations Association ("LERA"). He earned his B.S. degree from Florida State University, his M.P.H. degree from Boston University School of Public Health and his J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law.

Rick Ostrove
is principal trial counsel for Leeds Brown Law, P.C. His primary practice areas are employment and civil rights law. Mr. Ostrove also has extensive experience handling complex litigation, including commercial, estate and matrimonial litigations. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in New York, as well as the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Ostrove has successfully argued numerous appeals to the Second Circuit and the New York State Appellate Division. He earned his J.D. degree from Hofstra University School of Law and his B.S. degree from the University at Albany, where he graduated cum laude.

Jeremy M. Brenner
is a partner with Spencer Fane LLP in the firm's St. Louis office. He is an experienced employment attorney and has served as a strategic business partner to employers for over sixteen years, both as an HR consultant and as an employment attorney. A portion of his practice is devoted to wage and hour law. Mr. Brenner has successfully handled many Department of Labor investigations around the country and litigated numerous misclassification, overtime, and minimum wage collective and class actions under the FLSA and other similar state laws. He has defended wage cases in state and federal courts across the country. Mr. Brenner also represents employers and managers in administrative charge processes and federal and state court litigation throughout the country involving, for example, state and federal claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) violations. He has been recognized as among the Best Lawyers in America, Employment Law - Management, since 2023, and was included on the POWER List for Employment Law by Missouri Lawyers Weekly in 2024. He earned his B.S. degree, Dean's List, from Olin Business School at Washington University and his J.D. degree from University of Missouri School of Law.

Louis R. Cohan
founded Cohan Law Group, L.L.C., and has been a trial lawyer for more than 30 years. He has been recognized for his trial experience by admission into the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Cohan has litigated more than $900 million in claims for his clients and recently secured a Verdict in excess of $66 million in a fraud case. He has done work in breach of contract, fraud, injunctive relief, punitive damages, employment, trade secrets, real estate, construction and construction defects, and civil rights litigation. Mr. Cohan's practice is concentrated on business litigation and employment litigation, as well as civil litigation. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree from Emory School of Law. Mr. Cohan has served as chair of the Litigation Section, the largest section of the Atlanta Bar Association. He has also chaired the Small Firm Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Mr. Cohan has served on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Bar Association; and has chaired the Atlanta Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Atlanta Bar Association. He has received awards and recognition for his community and legal work. These awards include Super Lawyer, Legal Elite, Martindale-Hubbell's preeminent AV rating, American Board of Trial Advocates, America's Top 100 Attorneys, and the Celebrating Service Award. For many years, Mr. Cohan has chaired the Legal Run Around 5k road race, raising money for the children of injured and fallen Atlanta Police Department officers.
