Aaron A. Pelley
is a partner in the Seattle office of Gleam Law. For the past 17 years, he has been at the legal forefront of the cannabis industry.

Richard R. Marsh
is an attorney with Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC, practicing out of the firm's Clarksburg and Morgantown, West Virginia offices. His areas of concentration include municipal law, trusts and estates, real property, tax matters, and general business representation. Mr. Marsh has extensive experience guiding clients through estate planning and administration, with particular emphasis on addressing estate tax implications and resolving tax liabilities that arise during the settlement process. He graduated from West Virginia University in 2005 with a B.S. degree in agribusiness management and rural development, and from West Virginia University College of Law in 2008. Prior to joining Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC, he practiced with McNeer, Highland, McMunn & Varner L.C. Throughout his career, Mr. Marsh's practice has focused on estates, estate planning, real property, small businesses, and tax considerations integral to those areas.

is a member with Clark Hill PLC being experienced in data privacy, intellectual property, and litigation, making him a fierce advocate for his clients. His passion for protecting clients' assets is evident whether negotiating a complicated enterprise software agreement with a Fortune 100 company, counseling a client following a data breach that exposed millions of users' data, or advising retail and hospitality businesses on their unique legal challenges. Mr. Schwent earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Truman State University and his J.D. degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (Chicago), Progress 64 West, American Bar Association, The Bar Association of Metropolitan (St. Louis), International Association of Privacy Professionals, Certified Information Privacy Professional, U.S. Private-Sector, The Missouri Bar, Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts, 2001 - Present, Illinois Bar Association and Infragard.
