Sarah J. Barnes
is an attorney and legal counsel with National Benefits Services LLC, where she handles all levels of trust and estate administration matters. She was previously in private practice for many years, where she practiced in the areas of estate planning and elder law. Ms. Barnes earned her B.A. degree from Edgewood College and her J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School. Her professional memberships include the State Bar of Wisconsin, Dane County Bar Association, Legal Association of Women, and the Madison Estate Planning Council. Ms. Barnes serves on a number of non-profit boards, is a frequent speaker at various continuing legal education seminars, and has served as guest faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is admitted to practice in the state of Wisconsin.

Amishi Sanghvi
is an attorney at Sanghvi Law PC. She focuses her practice on family law, civil litigation and criminal defense. Ms. Sanghvi earned her J.D. degree from Whittier Law School. She is admitted to practice law in Indiana, Illinois, and California.

JoAnne M. Biernacki
is the founder and principal attorney at Law Office of JoAnne M. Biernacki and is a member of the Contra Costa, San Francisco, Alameda, El Dorado and Sacramento County bar associations. She focuses on family law, and has extensive experience in personal injury and criminal law cases. Ms. Biernacki has trained as minors' counsel and the role of Juvenile Dependency Attorney for Children and Parents. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2011, and has since handled more than 250 cases. Ms. Biernacki earned her B.A. degree from San Francisco State University and her J.D. degree from John F. Kennedy University.
