Cindy G. Cole Ettingoff
is an attorney with Ettingoff Law and Mediation. She is engaged in virtually every aspect of labor and employment law practice and has represented employers, employees, and unions in litigation, contract negotiations, arbitrations, and mediations. Ms. Ettingoff is a Rule 31 general civil mediator, family mediator, and mediator trainer, CPR mediator, FINRA mediator, and is listed on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee Mediator/Dispute Resolution Panel. She is a past chair of the Tennessee Bar Association ADR Section, immediate past president of the Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators and member of the Mid-South Community and Justice Center board. Ms. Ettingoff is a member of the American Bar Association (ADR, Labor and Employment Law, and Civil Rights and Social Justice Sections), and served as a case reviewer for the FLSA, FLMA, or workers' compensation subsections' 2018/2019, 2019/2020, 2021/2022 midwinter publications. Ms. Ettingoff earned her J.D. degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.

Mary Ewing
is a founding member of Mary Ewing Law Office PC. Having previously practiced for 20 years with Ewing & Ewing PC, she is a tireless advocate in her representation of those who have been injured as a result of an automobile collision, dangerous condition, defective product, or professional negligence. Ms. Ewing also represents those involved in divorce litigation, workers' compensation claims, Social Security claims, and employment matters. She has been a frequent presenter at numerous continuing legal education seminars, held a board position with the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association for 30 years, and was certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Ms. Ewing served as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Denver College of Law for many years, as well as on the teaching faculty for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Colorado and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver.

is a partner in the law firm of McCormick Barstow LLP in the firm's litigation practice group. He focuses his practice on representing clients in family law and professional liability defense matters. Mr. Casheros is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in family law. He has successfully represented clients in complex, high net worth divorce and contentious custody litigation cases. Mr. Casheros earned his B.A. degree from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. degree from the University of California - Davis School of Law.

Anna K. Pesola
is an attorney with McCormick Barstow LLP Attorneys At Law in the firms' Business Litigation and Family Law Practice Groups. Ms. Pesola's practice concentrates in Civil Litigation, with an emphasis on Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Contracts, Business Torts, and Professional Liability. She earned her B.A. degree in Philosophy, summa cum laude from Northern Illinois University (Minors in Psychology and Sociology - Certificate in Criminology - Full University Honors in Honors Program) and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from University of Wisconsin Law School (Concentration in Family Law and Criminal Law - Mock Trial Team). Ms. Pesola is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Fresno County Bar Association and Fresno County Young Lawyers Association.

Gwen Roy-Harrison
is the Principal and Co-Chair of the DEI Committee with Offit Kurman, Attorneys At Law. She focuses on representing multi-family housing providers, developers, and business owners of all sizes, including litigating residential and commercial landlord disputes. Ms. Roy-Harrison spends much of her time in court prosecuting and defending cases on behalf of large property management companies, small to medium businesses, and individual owners. She has honed an expertise in The Fair Housing Act (FHA) and The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), with respect to housing providers and HUD compliance. Ms. Roy-Harrison advises and represents clients involved in HUD complaints, state/local discrimination investigations, regulatory compliance, and conducts Fair Housing Act trainings. She has also honed a specialty in resolving disputes for condominium and cooperative associations. Outside of the courtroom, she devotes considerable time to the transactional sphere, including lease review and drafting, non-disclosure agreements, and confidential settlement or general release agreements. She earned her B.S. degree from the University of Mary Washington and her J.D. degree (Lead Articles Editor, San Diego Law Review) from the University of San Diego School of Law. Ms. Roy-Harrison is a member of the Coalition of Women's Initiatives in the Law (DC Chapter), Board Member, 2020-present, DC Bar Association, Real Estate, Housing and Land Use Section and The Barristers. She is admitted to practice in Virginia, District of Columbia and Maryland.
