He has experience advising high net worth individuals and their families on cross-border wealth, investments, and estate planning concerns with particular focus on issues arising from civil law and common law application. Mr. Hernandez also has significant experience advising individuals and fiduciaries in estate, trust, and probate administration, and representing clients on tax controversy matters before the IRS, including streamlined filing compliance procedures. He earned his Abogado LL.B. equivalent from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, Caracas, Venezuela, his LL.M. degree and certificate in business administration from Northwestern University School of Law and Kellogg School of Management, his LL.M. degree in taxation from Northwestern University School of Law, Chicago, Illinois and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law, Atlanta, Georgia. is a partner at Axley and a member of the firm's business practice group. She focuses her practice primarily on business, construction, and estate and succession planning, as well as catering to the unique legal needs of family-owned businesses. Ms. Murn's other areas of practice, land use, riparian rights, and general business practice, allow her to serve clients with a full 360-degree approach to asset protection, business strategy and conveyance of real estate. She represents business owners of all kinds, both in their everyday dealings as well as when they are buying or selling commercial real estate, businesses, or developing. Her experience working with local municipalities gives her a leg-up on representing business owners or those looking to purchase and develop real estate. Attorney Murn also represents a number of commercial construction companies with a nationwide presence. Ms. Murn's estate planning and succession planning are informed by her experience in probate and trust administration as well as her extensive experience representing various types of construction companies and general businesses. She has a unique ability to explain complex estate planning concepts to clients by using imagery and guiding them through the process start-to-finish to ensure the client understands the intricacies of their estate plan and subsequent administration, if any. In addition, she is also skilled in drafting complex estate plans and resolving intricate issues with previously drafted trusts. Outside of her career, Ms. Murn mentors young attorneys and those who are interested in joining the legal practice in the future. She also serves on the Zoological Society of Milwaukee Associate Board of Directors. Mr. Wenzlau's body of work includes securitization, funding and distribution for multi-million-dollar motion pictures; production counsel/producer for feature-length films and television shows; and general counsel for Grammy award winning music artists. His practice also includes specialized trusts, legal and branding matters, and client representation before federal, state and local regulatory agencies, including the USPTO, U.S. Copyright Office, and the SEC. Mr. Wenzlau is a long-time member of the Recording Academy, Gospel Music Association and Country Music Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Baylor University, his J.D. degree from Regent University School of Law and his M.B.A. degree from Arizona State University.
