Aaron S. Weiss
maintains a national litigation practice focused on telecommunications law, class actions, and consumer claims. His cases often involve all of these areas of law. He frequently litigates class action cases under a variety of consumer protection statutes, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (Florida Mini TCPA), Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Medicare Secondary Payer Act (MSP Act), Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA), Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA), and Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA). Mr. Weiss also routinely defends companies sued in data breach class actions and counsels insurers on issues related to cyber claims. He currently writes a regular column for Law360 addressing key issues under consumer class actions; and is part of the board of contributors for the Daily Business Review, where he frequently writes columns relating to federal civil practice in Florida. By appointment of Chief Judges K. Michael Moore and Cecilia Altonaga, since 2014 Mr. Weiss has served on the Southern District of Florida Ad Hoc Committee on Rules and Procedures. He has been the lead drafter of amendments to more than a dozen local rules. Mr. Weiss is board-certified by The Florida Bar in business litigation, a distinction achieved by less than 250 of the more than 100,000 Florida lawyers. In addition to his practice as an advocate, he is a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator for civil and appellate cases. Mr. Weiss' mediation work focuses on class actions and other consumer claims. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Binghamton University and his J.D. degree from Columbia Law School.

David A. Lowe
is a partner with the law firm of Keegan, Juban, Lowe & Robichaux, LLC, where he focuses his practice in civil litigation, insurance bad faith, contracts, corporate matters, employment law, personal injury, and successions. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the state of Louisiana, and has been admitted to practice pro hac vice before multiple federal courts in other jurisdictions. Mr. Lowe has argued multiple cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit Court as well as before the Louisiana Supreme Court. He is a member of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana State, Federal and American bar associations. Mr. Lowe earned his B.A. degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University.

Jonathan J. Schutrum
is an associate in Dickie McCamey & Chilcote, P.C.'s Litigation Department, where he focuses his practice in medical and professional malpractice defense, nursing home litigation, municipal and governmental litigation, product liability, and insurance defense litigation. An experienced attorney, Mr. Schutrum has successfully prosecuted and defended legal actions in both New York state and federal courts. He also has experience handling and resolving matters through alternative dispute resolution and mediation. Mr. Schutrum graduated, magna cum laude, from George Washington University, before earning his law degree from the Syracuse University College of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Bar Association of Erie County.

Kevin T. Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.
