Andrew L. Crabtree
is the principal of the Law Offices of Andrew L. Crabtree, P.C., where his firm focuses on transactional and litigated real estate, landlord-tenant, construction and general commercial business matters. He has a broad background in residential condominium development and sales in commercial leasing; and represents commercial owners, developers, purchasers and tenants, including a national franchise chain in commercial leasing and landlord and tenant matters. Mr. Crabtree represents businesses and individuals in federal and state trial courts, as well as in arbitrations and before administrative tribunals involving commercial disputes, constitutional claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, business torts, unfair competition, employment claims, trade secrets, and intellectual property cases. He also represents contractors, owners, developers, design professionals, municipalities and state agencies relating to public and private construction and development projects, mechanics' liens, commercial lease disputes and landlord-tenant matters. Mr. Crabtree is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and Suffolk County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. degree from Fordham University Law School.

Norman R. Newman
is senior counsel in the Indianapolis office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, practicing within the firm's real estate practice group. He is a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. Mr. Newman earned his J.D. degree, with distinction, from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law and is now an adjunct professor there.

Heather M. Fuller
is an attorney at Sandberg Phoenix and works in the business litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on creditor's rights, title resolution, mortgage servicing law, and real estate related matters. With over 20 years of foreclosure, eviction, and title insurance experience, Ms. Fuller is proficient in handling all aspects and phases of the default servicing process. She routinely represents lenders, investors, and servicers as they navigate state and federal compliance questions and resolve borrower disputes. Ms. Fuller has extensive experience resolving complex title issues including disputed easements, boundary lines, lien priority, clouds in the chain of title, and title insurance claim coverage matters. She has assisted clients with drafting both commercial and residential loan origination and loan modification documents. Ms. Fuller earned her B.A. degree from Eastern Illinois University and her J.D. degree from St. Louis University. She is licensed in Missouri, Illinois and Kansas, and is a member of The Missouri Bar, Illinois State Bar Association and American Bar Association. Ms. Fuller frequently speaks on topics relating to foreclosure, title defects and title insurance for mortgage servicing and attorney organizations.

M. Clare Schuller
is a senior counsel at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig PLLC. Her practice involves representing individuals and businesses in real estate transactions and litigation. Ms. Schuller advises banks on secured transactions and actively works in commercial and residential real estate purchase and lease transactions. She has overseen the closing of numerous large governmental projects, including the purchase of a historic beach project in Annapolis for conversion into a city park and the acquisition of land for a district court building in Harford County. Additionally, Ms. Schuller has extensive experience in the buying and selling of businesses. She earned her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law in 2012. Ms. Schuller is admitted to practice in Maryland and the U.S. Tax Court. She is active in the community through her legislative advocacy on behalf of the Maryland Land Title Association, including successfully lobbying for the adoption of Remote Notarization laws in Maryland.

Anita I. Lotz
is a member of the Memphis law firm of Phelps Dunbar LLP, where her areas of practice include commercial lending, real estate transactions, title law, foreclosures, and financial institutions regulatory law. She has spoken for various business and professional organizations on a variety of foreclosure and commercial lending issues. Ms. Lotz is a member of the Memphis, Tennessee and American (member, Business Law Section) bar associations; and the Association of Women Attorneys. She earned her B.A. degree from Northwestern University and her J.D. degree from Boston University.
