Donald M. Burns
is the founder of Dos Perros Consulting, LLC, where he provides specialized consulting services to help clients maximize their settlements in personal injury cases, with a focus on loss of use, diminished value, and select injury claims. With over 30 years of experience in the personal injury field, he takes a personalized and consultative approach, working closely with clients to understand and effectively present their losses. Mr. Burns is a licensed legal paraprofessional (LP) and an associate member of the State Bar of Arizona, where he maintains a trust account similar to that of a law firm. He is admitted to practice as a licensed legal paraprofessional in the State of Arizona. Mr. Burns earned his law degree from Phoenix School of Law.

Daniel Torrens
is an attorney with Rusing Lopez & Lizardi, PLLC, where he practices in the areas of personal injury litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and commercial litigation. Mr. Torrens lectures nationally in the areas of contracts, personal injury, and trial advocacy. He is a faculty member of the Arizona College of Trial Advocacy and a graduate of the State Bar of Arizona's CLE Institute. Mr. Torrens is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Colorado Bar Association. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a judge pro tem with the Maricopa County Superior Court. Mr. Torrens earned his B.A. degree from Arizona State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska.

Grace J. Lynn
is a senior associate at Lagasse Branch Bell & Kinkead LLP and is part of the firm's tort/general/professional liability practice group in the San Diego office. She specializes in handling high exposure and complex civil matters, including wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, severe spinal cord injuries, complex regional pain disorders, and toxic/chemical exposure injuries. Ms. Lynn has extensive experience representing and advising a wide range of clients, including rideshare and delivery companies, trucking firms, construction developers, grocery stores, security companies, real estate brokerages, and franchisors. She is highly skilled in litigation, negotiation, legal research and writing, mediation, and trial preparation, and has successfully resolved numerous complex cases, including winning motions for summary judgment and other dispositive motions. Ms. Lynn is admitted to practice in California and Arizona. She earned her J.D. degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and her B.A. degree in psychology from the University of California, San Diego.

Paul D. Friedman
is a member, head of litigation and general counsel with Brown, Crowell & Friedman, PLLC d/b/a Accident Law Group™. He practices in the areas of medical malpractice, significant personal injury and ethics matters. Dr. Friedman is admitted to practice in Arizona, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is board-certified by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification in civil pretrial practice advocacy and civil trial advocacy (NBOTA). Dr. Friedman has been certified in injury and wrongful death litigation by the State Bar of Arizona since 1997. He is an associate with the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Dr. Friedman is also a medical malpractice diplomate with the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Examiners®, where he developed the curriculum for the Certified Forensic Consulting® Certification Course and authored the "Certified Forensic Consultant Body of Knowledge" by CRC Press. Dr. Friedman earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona, his J.D. degree from California Western School of Law, his master's degree in bioethics from Midwestern University/Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and his doctorate from LaCrosse University. He was an adjunct professor of medical and research ethics at Midwestern University and the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he instructed health care providers and students in the medical field. Dr. Friedman is currently an adjunct professor with the Sandra Day O'Connor School of Law at Arizona State University.
