Eric Ladley
, CELA, is an attorney with Montco Elder Law, LLP, where he focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, long-term care planning, estate administration, and guardianships. He is certified as an elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. Mr. Ladley is also accredited by the Veterans Administration to represent veterans, and can prepare, present and prosecute claims before the department. He is a member of Montgomery County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys and Lycoming Law Association. Mr. Ladley earned his B.A. degree from George Washington University and his J.D. degree from Penn State Dickinson School of Law.

Joanne L. Parise
is an attorney at Williams, Coulson, Johnson, Lloyd, Parker. She has experience representing clients in estate planning, Orphans' Court litigation, business, and real estate matters as well as civil litigation matters involving commercial disputes, real estate, and various torts. Ms. Parise is active in the Allegheny County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. Through the Young Lawyers Division, she serves as a coordinator of the Wills for Heroes program in Allegheny County which provides basic estate planning services to first responders and military veterans free of charge. Ms. Parise also served on the Young Lawyers Division Council and as a co-chair of the Young Lawyers Division Diversity Committee and completed the Bar Leadership Initiative program. She earned her B.A. degree from Point Park University and her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law.

is an attorney at Loviscky & Cressman. He is a certified elder law attorney (CELA), focusing on the areas of elder law, estate planning, Medicaid planning, and estate administration. Mr. Cressman was certified as an elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF). He is accredited to practice before the Board of Veterans' Appeals in the representation of Veterans and Veterans' claims. Mr. Cressman is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (Trusts and Estates Section), Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys (PAELA), National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and Crawford County Bar Association. He earned his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. degree from The Dickinson School of Law.

She is a member of the Philadelphia (Probate and Trust Law Section), Pennsylvania and American bar associations. Ms. Crary is a regular presenter on the topics of estate planning, and the taxation of estates and trusts. She earned her A.B. degree, with distinction, from Cornell University; and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, and LL.M. degree in taxation from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
