Kerrianne A. Donovan
is a licensed title agent for Pennsylvania and West Virginia for the law firm of Bowles Rice LLP in its Canonsburg, Pennsylvania (Southpointe) office. She has broad experience in the sale and acquisition of real property that involves residential, commercial and industrial properties; new developments; vacant land and subdivisions; and like-kind exchanges including title examination, clearing title, corporate due diligence, closing and settlement. Ms. Donovan specializes in new construction transactions and Pennsylvania property tax analysis, including interim taxes. She routinely handles title insurance for transactions in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and collaborates with national and regional developers, builders and lenders. She is on the Education Commitment for the Pennsylvania Land Title Association. Ms. Donovan earned her associate degree from Douglas School of Business and a certificate in paralegal studies from Boston University-Metropolitan College.

David J. Falcone
is a partner at Saul Ewing LLP. He concentrates his practice in leasing, commercial real estate transactions, acquisition and disposition matters, land use and zoning approvals, and condominium formation and governance. He has advised a wide range of clients from local land owners and developers to publicly traded REITS. Notably, he has represented several national and global REITs with large regional office portfolios with regard to leasing and transactional matters. He also routinely appears before municipal governing bodies, zoning hearing boards and planning commissions in southeastern Pennsylvania and has secured zoning and land development approvals for a wide variety of clients, including regional and local developers of residential housing, public schools, banks, retail stores, industrial sites, and national telecommunications providers. He lectures on a variety of topics including, most recently, office trends, leasing issues and commercial loan transactions. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from St. Mary's College of Maryland and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law.

Neil A. Stein
is an attorney and principal at Kaplin Stewart Meloff Reiter & Stein, P.C. located in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. He has represented landowners, developers, institutions and non-profit groups for over 30 years in each and every phase of real estate law, including complex transactions, entity structuring, financing, land use approvals, land use litigation, eminent domain and real estate tax appeals. Mr. Stein is currently an adjunct professor of real estate law at the Temple University Beasley School of Law and lectures frequently to professional organizations. He also serves on the Legal Action Committee of the National Association of Home Builders, chair of the Political Action Committee, and a director of the Homebuilders Association of Bucks/Montgomery counties. In 2015, Mr. Stein was inducted into the HBA Hall of Fame. He has also served as a director and member of the Judiciary Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association. Mr. Stein has been designated as a Super Lawyer by Philadelphia Magazine in multiple years, as well as being recognized as among the Best Lawyers in America. He graduated magna cum laude from Temple University with a Bachelors of Business Degree in accounting and economics, is a cum laude graduate of the Temple University Beasley School of Law, and holds a Masters of Law degree (LL.M.) in taxation. Mr. Stein also served as research editor of the Temple Environmental Law Journal.

Marcy E. Hamilton
is a partner at Meyer Unkovic & Scott LLP. She is a commercial real estate lawyer with 25 year of experience helping businesses and investors navigate the complexities of real estate transactions. Whether you're leasing space, buying or selling property, managing development projects, or engaged in wind and/or solar energy projects, she specializes in protecting your interests, minimizing risks, and closing deals efficiently. Prior to attending law school she worked in the real estate industry with experience that included appraising and mortgage lending. She has also previously held a real estate sales license in West Virginia as well as a provisional real estate appraisal license in Maryland. She earned her B.S. degree from Virginia Tech and her J.D. degree from West Virginia University.

Megan E. Moyer
is a partner at Saul Ewing LLP. She is a real estate attorney who assists clients with matters involving property sales and acquisitions, development projects and financings. Ms. Moyer also has vast experience advising on leases, having negotiated for millions of square feet of office, medical office, institutional, retail, restaurant, and industrial space. Clients rely on her to handle due diligence and opportunity review as well as to prepare, review, and negotiate term sheets, agreements of sale, loan documents, leases, licenses, easements, and other related documents. In addition to supporting health care providers and institutions of higher education, she assists real estate investment trusts (REITS), particularly those who own and invest in medical office buildings and shopping centers. Ms. Moyer's experience also includes work for ports and for pipeline companies. She earned her B.A degree from The Pennsylvania State University and her J.D degree, cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law.

Stephen G. Bresset
is a partner with Bresset & Santora, LLC, where he has practiced commercial and bankruptcy law and litigation throughout Pennsylvania and the region for more than 30 years. During his time in practice, Mr. Bresset has represented debtors in more than 50 Chapter 11 proceedings in Pennsylvania; as well as creditors, creditor committees, and trustees at virtually every level of bankruptcy proceedings, and debtors in more than 1,000 Chapter 7 proceedings. He is admitted to the state courts of Pennsylvania, the three U.S. District Courts in Pennsylvania, the three bankruptcy courts, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Bresset has always been an active member of his community and the bar associations of which he is a member. He has served as an office holder in the Wayne County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, as well as a committee chair in both associations. Mr. Bresset has been a featured speaker at numerous seminars throughout Pennsylvania in litigation, commercial law and bankruptcy law topics. He earned his B.A. degree from Temple University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Widener University School of Law.
