Thomas C. Haberlack
is of counsel with Sahn Ward Braff Coschignano PLLC Attorneys At Law. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, elder law and probate law. Mr. Haberlack is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He is a member of the Surrogate's Court Estates & Trusts Committee and the Elder Law Social Services and Health Advocacy Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association. In addition to serving as counsel with the firm, Mr. Haberlack continues to serve as principal of his own firm, Law Office of Thomas C. Haberlack, P.C. in Garden City. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate with Berkman, Henoch, Peterson & Peddy, P.C. in Garden City and, before that, Connolly, Frey, Eschmann & La Pasta in Queens. Mr. Haberlack earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University School of Law.

Matthew Tornincasa
is a senior partner with Shendell & Pollock, P.L. He began working for Shendell & Pollock in 2007 as a summer clerk. When he was licensed in September 2008 Mr. Tornincasa began working as an Associate Attorney. In December 2015, he was made a partner of the firm. Mr. Tornincasa's focus of practice is on the defense of professional liability claims against accountants and attorneys. In addition to civil litigation, he also frequently appears before The Florida Bar, the Florida Board of Bar Examiners, the Board of Accountancy and the Department of Business & Professional Regulation on behalf of professionals and applicants charged with violating the ethical rules of their professions. Mr. Tornincasa has also litigated multiple estate and trust planning and administration issues on behalf of fiduciaries, planners and beneficiaries regarding issues of reformation of documents, termination, undue influence, lack of capacity, compliance with the prudent investor rule, tax planning concerns, principal and income allocation issues and conflict of interest claims. He graduated from the University of Florida in 2003 with degrees in political science and psychology. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Board Law Center in 2008. While at Nova, Mr. Tornincasa received the Leo Goodwin Scholarship and was the marketing editor for the Law Review.

Louis A. Silverman
is an attorney at Praesidium Law, PLLC, where he practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, probate law, and related matters. Mr. Silverman is board-certified in estate and trust law by the State Bar of Arizona. His practice emphasizes estate planning, which includes wills and trusts and other estate planning devices; and trust administration and probate, which includes death probate, guardianship, and conservatorship. Mr. Silverman has served as Judge Pro Tem on the Maricopa County Superior Court. He is a member of WealthCounsel, and is a past member of the Elder Law, Mental Health and Special Needs Planning Section of the State Bar of Arizona. Mr. Silverman is a board member emeritus of the Sonoran University of Health Sciences, past president of the Board of Directors of Tempe Leadership and past president of Tempe Community Action Agency. He earned his B.S. degree in business from Arizona State University and his J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston. Mr. Silverman is admitted to practice in the state courts of Arizona and Texas, U.S. District Court for Arizona and Western District of Texas.

Daniel Del Collo, III
is the owner of The Law Office of Daniel Del Collo III, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and elder law, including the drafting of wills, trusts and special needs, guardianships, Medicaid planning, powers of attorneys, and advanced medical directives. His elder law clients also call upon him to handle personal injury, real estate and business law matters. Mr. Del Collo also provides counsel to individuals and families with loved ones suffering from varying types and degrees of dementia such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Huntington's and other neurological diseases. He earned his B.A. degree from Haverford College and his J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden.
