With more than 25 years of experience in Medicare compliance, Ms. Hummel is a published author and popular speaker on a wide array of topics related to Medicare compliance. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Health Law Section) and Colorado Bar Association. Ms. Hummel's legal experience work includes Medicaid, probate and elder law. She donates a significant amount of time volunteering with the Federal Park Service, giving presentations on the roles of women during the American War of Independence. Ms. Hummel earned her B.S. degree from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law.

Mr. Chamberlain's work related to traumatic brain injury victims is extensive. He is a member of the Executive Committee for the Brain Injury Association of America (BIAA) in Washington, D.C. Mr. Chamberlain served as the board chair in 2014-2015, leading the organization's efforts throughout 30 state and affiliate chapters. He is a member of the Brain Injury Association of Indiana (BIAI) Executive Committee in Indianapolis, Indiana. This organization works at the local and state level to advocate for the rights of people and their families who have been impacted by traumatic brain injuries. For over 30 years, Mr. Chamberlain has litigated a variety of personal injury claims in state and federal courts. He earned his B.S degree, cum laude, from Ball State University and his J.D. degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
