James M. Cool
is a partner with Frazer Ryan Goldberg & Arnold LLP, whose practice emphasizes civil and commercial litigation. He has experience in a broad range of civil litigation encompassing tax controversy and appeals, catastrophic personal injury, real estate litigation, public records lawsuits, bet-the-company commercial litigation, and high-profile litigation in the public interest. Mr. Cool has been recognized for multiple awards including The Best Lawyers in America® and Super Lawyers. He earned his J.D. degree from Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.

Christopher J. Berry
is the managing attorney and lead trial counsel for Berry Law Group, PLLC, a boutique litigation firm in Phoenix. He has been a trial lawyer for over 34 years. Mr. Berry has been AV Rated by Lexis-Nexus Martindale-Hubbell since 2001. He has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers from 2013 through 2026. Mr. Berry handles commercial and municipal liability matters, including use of force by police and detention staff, in custody medical treatment, and emergency responder liability lawsuits. He has tried numerous jury and bench trials in a wide range of matters. Mr. Berry also represents lawyers and other licensed professionals in professional malpractice lawsuits and in disciplinary matters. He acts as a private settlement mediator, and he serves as an expert consultant and witness in legal ethics and malpractice matters. Mr. Berry earned his B.A. degree, with highest distinction, from the University of Arizona in 1989; and his J.D. degree from the University of Houston in 1992, where he graduated with honors and was the chief research editor of the Houston Law Review.

Daniel Torrens
is an attorney with Rusing Lopez & Lizardi, PLLC, where he practices in the areas of personal injury litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and commercial litigation. Mr. Torrens lectures nationally in the areas of contracts, personal injury, and trial advocacy. He is a faculty member of the Arizona College of Trial Advocacy and a graduate of the State Bar of Arizona's CLE Institute. Mr. Torrens is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Colorado Bar Association. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a judge pro tem with the Maricopa County Superior Court. Mr. Torrens earned his B.A. degree from Arizona State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska.

is an attorney at Sacks Tierney P.A. His law practice is focused on complex commercial and financial litigation, securities and investment fraud litigation/arbitration, trade secret litigation and construction litigation. Mr. Lonn also regularly litigates real estate disputes, representation of licensed professionals in regulatory proceedings, business partner disputes, business tort litigation and employment law litigation. He received his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Arizona State University and his J.D. degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Mr. Lonn is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County Bar Association, and Scottsdale Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in Arizona and California.

is a partner at Gavrilov & Brooks. As a litigator, she represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil matters, including personal injury, real estate, construction defect, employment disputes, and consumer fraud. Ms. Keeton is licensed to practice law in California, Nevada, Texas, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Washington State, and Washington, D.C., and has appeared in courts across the western United States. She earned her B.A. degree from Arizona State University, her M.A. degree from UCLA and her J.D. degree from Loyola Law School.
