Felicia L. Frazier
is a partner with Odelson, Murphey, Frazier & McGrath, Ltd. She provides experienced counsel in the areas of school, municipal, and labor law. Previously, Ms. Frazier served as assistant state's attorney with the Cook County State's Attorney's Office. As a trial attorney, she prosecuted hundreds of cases in both bench and jury trials. In addition, Ms. Frazier provided domestic battery training for Area 4 Police Headquarters personnel. She presently serves as general counsel to numerous school districts, as well as village attorney for multiple municipalities. Ms. Frazier's school law experience includes hearings before the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board, teacher dismissal hearings, and labor contract negotiations, including arbitrations. Her public sector experience includes personnel issues, labor and employment matters, and contract negotiations. Ms. Frazier represents employers in state and local labor board hearings, as well as grievance and arbitration hearings. In 2018, she was name as one of Crain's Chicago's Notable Women Lawyers and was one of four recipients of the Women's Bar Association of Illinois Top Women Lawyers in Leadership Awards. In 2019, Ms. Frazier was honored by Crain's as one of the year's Notable Minorities in Law. In 2022, she was honored by Crain's as one of the most Notable Women in Law. A graduate of Illinois State University with a degree in psychology, Ms. Frazier earned her J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School. She is a member of the Illinois Council of School Attorneys and Illinois State Bar Association. Ms. Frazier is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Kurt M. Carlson
is a managing member with Carlson Dash, LLC, practicing in the areas of corporate matters, business disputes, corporate workouts, and business bankruptcy cases. As both a courtroom advocate and a boardroom advisor, he draws on decades of experience in negotiations and litigation to help shape strategies and identify creative resolutions that achieve the best possible results for my clients. Mr. Carlson has handled matters involving fraud, D&O claims, contract disputes, avoidance actions, defamation, lender liability, and more. He works with a variety of clients, including franchisors and franchisees, cooperatives, manufacturers, retailers, distributors, landlords, developers, private equity groups, professional service providers, and financial institutions. Early in his career, Mr. Carlson served on the Bankruptcy Court Liaison Committee of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, helping improve communication and collaboration between bankruptcy practitioners and judges. He is a frequent speaker on litigation, corporate transactions, and insolvency matters, and has authored numerous articles and policy manuals for corporate clients. Mr. Carlson is one of the original editors of the American Bankruptcy Institute's Volo Circuit Court Opinion First Responder, Seventh Circuit. He earned his B.A. degree from Michigan State University and his J.D. degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Mr. Carlson is a member of the Federal Trial Bar, Federal Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, Illinois State Bar Association, Wisconsin Bar Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, Chicago Bar Association, and Milwaukee Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin; U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern and Central districts of Illinois; Eastern District of Michigan; Eastern and Western districts of Wisconsin; and U.S. States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh circuits. He represents clients in other jurisdictions on a pro hac vice basis.

Ryan D. Byers
is a partner with Rammelkamp Bradney, P.C., in Jacksonville, Illinois. He concentrates his practice in civil litigation and school law. In his litigation practice, Mr. Byers advocates for both individuals and institutional clients in contract disputes, insurance defense and coverage cases, and construction disputes. In his school law practice, he represents school districts in a variety of matters, including construction issues, contract review, and administrative hearings. In addition to being licensed to practice in Illinois, Mr. Byers is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois and is a member of both the general and trial bars of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is presently a member of the Illinois Association of Trial Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute (DRI), and the Morgan County and Illinois State bar associations. Mr. Byers earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law.

James K. Theisen
is an attorney in the Rockford office of Hupy and Abraham. Hupy and Abraham specializes in personal injury cases and over the last half-century, Hupy and Abraham have helped more than 80,000 clients recover more than $2 billion in compensation. With more than two decades of experience, Mr. Theisen handles personal injury claims. Mr. Theisen earned his J.D. degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he received numerous awards and scholarships including the Phi Delta Phi Award for Outstanding Achievement in Legal Ethics and the Academic Achievement Scholarship. He also served as a student ambassador for Southern Illinois University School of Law, and participated in William & Mary School of Law's summer program in Madrid, Spain. Mr. Theisen is licensed to practice in Illinois state and federal courts, as well as the states of Missouri and Iowa. He also is a member of the Winnebago County and the Illinois State bar associations.

Masood S. Ali
concentrates his practice in general litigation, employment law, and defending companies in complex commercial transactions, including product liability class actions. His experience spans matters related to Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act and workers' compensation. Mr. Ali works hand-in-hand with his clients, providing creative solutions to complex legal issues with a pragmatic approach to resolving matters at the onset of litigation. He is a member of the firm's Labor and Employment Committee, and former vice-chair of the Labor and Employment Committee for the Chicago Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ali served as an associate for an employment litigation firm in Chicago. As an associate, he played an integral role in all stages of the litigation process, including drafting motions, conducting depositions, and serving as first and second chair for a number of pivotal hearings before the Illinois Labor Relations Board, Illinois Human Rights Commission and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Mr. Ali earned his J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law with a certificate in labor and employment. While attending law school, he served as a labor and employee discipline clerk for Chicago Public Schools, and as a legal extern for a labor and employment litigation firm. Mr. Ali holds a B.S. degree in business and marketing degree from DePaul University.

Michael J. Progar
is a partner and founding member of Progar Law Group LLC, with more than 40 years of experience in representing the interests of insurance companies, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. As lead counsel, he has tried more than 50 jury trials to verdict. Mr. Progar practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, employment law and insurance coverage. He is admitted to practice in the states of Wisconsin, Indiana and Illinois. Mr. Progar earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law.
