Robert A. Kezelis
is a sole practitioner in Palos Heights, Illinois, where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, family law and complex litigation. He is a former adjunct professor at John Marshall Law School. In 1991, Mr. Kezelis was the first American professor invited to teach in Lithuania after the collapse of the Soviet Union. He has spoken for various professional groups on topics related to his areas of practice. Mr. Kezelis earned his B.A. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School. He is a member of the Chicago (member, Professional Responsibility, Civil Practice and Judicial Evaluation committees), Illinois State and Lithuanian American (former president) bar associations, as well as a former member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.

Michael J. Progar
is a partner and founding member of Progar Law Group LLC, with more than 40 years of experience in representing the interests of insurance companies, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. As lead counsel, he has tried more than 50 jury trials to verdict. Mr. Progar practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, employment law and insurance coverage. He is admitted to practice in the states of Wisconsin, Indiana and Illinois. Mr. Progar earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law.

Ryan M. Holmes
is a member at Clark Hill PLC. His practice areas include estate tax planning; probate and guardianship administration; and probate, trust and guardianship litigation. Mr. Holmes earned his B.A. degree from Knox College and his J.D. degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin, State Bar of Michigan, Chicago Estate Planning Council. Mr. Holmes is admitted in Illinois; Wisconsin; Michigan; Iowa; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois; U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit; U.S. District, Northern District of Indiana; and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Alex J. Whitt
is an attorney at FactorLaw/Law Office of William J. Factor, Ltd. He specializes in representing debtors in complex Chapter 7, 13, and 11 matters, as well as representing Chapter 7 trustees. With nine years of experience, Mr. Whitt has successfully represented clients across an array of bankruptcy matters. He graduated in the top 10 of his class from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly the John Marshall Law School). While in law school, Mr. Whitt served as staff editor for the Law Review Journal and as a judicial extern for then Chief Bankruptcy Judge Bruce W. Black. He has also served as the co-chair for the Chicago Bar Association's Young Lawyers' Bankruptcy & Reorganization Committee.

Neil Floyd
is a partner with the Chicago office of ArentFox Schiff LLP. He concentrates his practice in strategic litigation consulting, legal ethics, error preservation and appeals. Clients hire Mr. Floyd to help them reduce their litigation investments in complex cases by quickly identifying the critical nuance that will matter most to trial and appellate judges. He brings the same insight, dedication, and passion to each project, whether it is a major representation or a quick-hit consultation. Licensed in Illinois and California, Mr. Floyd is certified as a specialist in appellate law by the State Bar of California, one of fewer than 325 such specialists in the state. He concentrates his practice in litigation strategic consulting. Mr. Floyd works with businesses, individuals, and law firms to develop and execute targeted, cost-effective strategies that solve their thorniest legal problems. Clients repeatedly call on him to sharpen and polish their briefs and oral presentations, to tackle issues of first impression, and to rescue them from bad results by judges and juries. Over the past 27 years, Mr. Floyd has written and edited thousands of trial court and appellate briefs. He has served as in-court trial counsel for legal issues and appellate preservation in three, complex, multi-week jury trials involving emerging product liability issues and one complex multi-week bench trial involving environmental compliance. Mr. Floyd has argued appeals in state and federal courts across the country, including in the Seventh, Ninth, and Tenth circuits, California Court of Appeal, Illinois Appellate Court, and Illinois Supreme Court. He has successfully tried cases involving personal injury claims, ambiguous contracts, punitive damages, and the interplay between statutory and contractual obligations. Mr. Floyd also frequently advises attorneys concerning their compliance with legal ethics rules.
