James F. Freeman, III
is an attorney with Swanson Bernard, LLC where he practices in the areas of construction, land use, church, commercial litigation, business, contract, employment, probate litigation, appellate practice, transportation and corporate law. He is admitted to practice in Kansas and Missouri, and before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Claims, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth circuits, and the U.S. District Court for the districts of Kansas and Missouri. Mr. Freeman is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan, Kansas and American bar associations, as well as The Missouri Bar. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. Served as the mayor pro of the 5th largest city in his state and served on the board of directors for his state's municipal league.

Robert M. Pitkin
is an attorney with Horn Aylward & Bandy, LLC. He practices in the areas of construction, business and commercial litigation, and lender liability. Mr. Pitkin is admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas. He is a member of the Construction Law Committee of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Construction Law Committee of The Missouri Bar and the Construction Law Section of the Kansas Bar Association. Mr. Pitkin has been listed in Best Lawyers in America in the area of construction litigation since 2010. He earned his B.A. degree from Wheaton College and his J.D. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.

Quinn Murphy
is a partner at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP. He serves as the office managing partner for the firm's Tampa office. Mr. Murphy brings over 20 years of legal and trial experience to the firm. His practice focuses on business, construction, and commercial litigation. He has represented contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, real estate developers in litigation throughout the United States. Mr. Murphy is a trial lawyer with significant trial experience in state and federal court. In addition to his significant first chair trial experience, he has successfully mediated and arbitrated disputes to resolution in Florida, Illinois, Missouri, California, New York, and throughout the United States. Mr. Murphy earned his B.A degree from Drury University; his M.B.A degree from Drury University; and J.D degree, cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law.

Joseph F. Devereux, III
is a partner at UB Greensfelder LLP. He focuses his legal practice on representing contractors, engineers, architects, and real estate developers in all phases of construction, including contract negotiation, ongoing construction advisory, and dispute resolution. He has litigated and arbitrated disputes involving contract defaults, design and construction defects, project delays, mechanic's liens, and bond claims. His deep experience in the construction industry enables him to guide clients through complex legal challenges with clarity and strategic foresight. Prior to joining UB Greensfelder, Mr. Devereux practiced at a full-service firm in St. Louis, where he represented small and mid-sized businesses, individuals, and entrepreneurs in a variety of construction and commercial disputes, including business torts and employment disputes. He earned his B.A degree from Tulane University and his J.D degree from Saint Louis University School of Law.
