Janet K. Meub
is senior counsel in the litigation and employment and labor groups of Babst, Calland, Clements and Zomnir, P.C. She has significant experience in the areas of employment and labor law, professional liability defense, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, toxic tort litigation, nursing home negligence, and medical malpractice defense. Ms. Meub has a diversified practice that includes defending employers, healthcare providers, law enforcement and other professionals, and non-profits, at all levels of civil litigation through trial. She routinely counsels non-profit clients on employment matters including discrimination, wage and hour, FMLA and represents employers in PHRC/EEOC matters and at unemployment compensation hearings. Ms. Meub is a member of the Allegheny County, Mahoning County, Pennsylvania, Ohio and American Bar associations. She has served on the Allegheny County Bar Association's Sub-Committee on Police Use of Force and is also a fellow of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation. Ms. Meub has served on the Allegheny County Bar Foundation's Attorneys Against Hunger Committee and board of directors for Focus on Renewal Sto-Rox, H.O.P.E. Network, and Pittsburgh Center for Arts & Media. She is a member of Amen Corner, 100+ Women Who Care Pittsburgh and a volunteer attorney for the Neighborhood Legal Services' Protection from Abuse Program. Ms. Meub earned her B.A. degree, with honors from Miami University and her J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia, as well as before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States District Courts for the Middle and Western districts of Pennsylvania, United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern districts of Ohio, and United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.

Scott K. Sheets
is a partner with Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, a full-service, national law firm with over 700 attorneys across the country. Mr. Sheets is a partner in the firm's labor and employment department, focusing his practice on the representation of employers in the areas of labor and employment laws, employment-related litigation, and general commercial litigation. He routinely counsels and represents employers on matters of wrongful termination, workplace harassment, employment discrimination, workers' compensation, unemployment, unfair labor practices, contract negotiations, arbitrations, and OSHA citations. Mr. Sheets frequently conducts seminars and publishes materials of interest to employers and human resource professionals on such topics as internal investigations, employee discipline and job performance strategies, handbooks and policies, workplace privacy, wage and hours issues, and developments in state and federal labor and employment laws. He is admitted to practice before the state courts of Ohio and West Virginia, and before the United States Courts of Appeal for the Fourth and Sixth Circuits. Mr. Sheets earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Marshall University in history and his J.D. degree from the College of William and Mary, where he was Order of the Coif.

Mitchell J. Rhein
is a member of the Charleston, West Virginia office of Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC. His primary area of practice is labor and employment law. Mr. Rhein represents employers and their executives in employment-related claims, including discrimination and harassment; wrongful discharge; breach of contract; breach of noncompete contracts and non-solicitation contracts and disclosure of trade secrets. He also represents employers on traditional labor matters, including unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board; union organizing campaigns and elections; and collective bargaining, as well as Advising employers regarding internal and external investigations on wage and hour issues and allegations of harassment and discrimination. Mr. Rhein earned his B.A. degree from Michigan State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He is admitted to practice in West Virginia, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Rhein is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, West Virginia State Bar, Energy and Mineral Law Foundation, American Bar Association and Defense Research Institute.

Brian J. Moore
is a partner in the Labor and Employment Department of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. Working with clients in the banking, insurance, retail, health care, energy, hospitality, and food and beverage industries, he has guided them through an array of issues, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, deliberate intent, unfair labor practice, union representation, injunction, and general litigation matters. Mr. Moore has substantial experience practicing in both state and federal courts, including trying cases to verdict, as well as practice before state and federal EEO agencies, and the National Labor Relations Board. He has also drafted and litigated employment and arbitration agreements, covenants not to compete, and various other contracts. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Moore is a frequent speaker and writer. He is the author of two books: The Pocket Guide to West Virginia Employment Law and Halftime Adjustments: The Gen X Guide to Dominating Our Second Half. He earned his B.S.B.A. degrees, summa cum laude, from West Virginia University and his J.D. degree from West Virginia University College of Law.

is a partner with Burns White LLC, where he has been a litigator there for more two decades. He has been representing corporate entities, professionals, and individuals in a variety of matters with emphasis on health care law, employment litigation and professional liability matters. Mr. Sunseri is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Sunseri earned his B.S. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law.
