is a partner Shackelford, McKinley & Norton, LLP. He has been recognized on three different occasions as one of the top litigators in the state of Texas. Mr. Boston handles commercial litigation in both trials and appeals, and has been board-certified in civil trial Law since 1988 and civil appellate law since 1990 by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. During his 40-year career, he has successfully represented clients in state and federal court lawsuits and arbitrations involving oil and gas, real estate, banking, intellectual property, and partnership disputes. Mr. Boston has successfully tried many jury trials throughout Texas and prevailed in appellate courts all over the state including the Texas Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from The University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. degree from The University of Texas at Austin.

is an attorney at Gray Reed. She focuses her practice on resolving complex commercial disputes. With particular experience in the energy and construction industries, she has experience handling litigation related to a wide variety of matters for commercial and industrial projects, including matters related to the construction of natural gas pipelines and compressor stations, residential and multifamily projects, and frac-sand-mining facilities. In addition, Ms. Oxford has extensive experience with construction defect cases, partnership disputes, and advising owners, developers, and contractors on major infrastructure projects, including PPP projects. Her experience includes an array of environmental regulatory, commercial litigation and debtor-creditor rights issues. Ms. Oxford also has experience working for and representing governmental entities, including navigation districts in disputes relating to land and water rights issues. Ms. Beam has successfully represented general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, surveyors, realtors, and brokers in residential, commercial, and highway projects. Her practice includes the defense of design and construction defects, construction site injuries and fatalities, and allegations of fraud and concealment of defects in the sale of properties.
