Heather Williams Forshey
opened Raleigh Divorce Law Firm in May 2010. She is a board-certified family law specialist, a parenting coordinator and is certified as a family financial mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission. Ms. Williams Forshey's firm only handles divorce, domestic issues, adoptions, appeals of family law issues, and related matters. She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association. Ms. Williams Forshey is involved in a number of pro bono efforts, including representing domestic violence victims through Legal Aid's Advocacy Program, handling appeals for the guardian ad litem program and assisting with fundraising efforts for the Friends of the Wake County Guardian ad Litem program. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Elon University and her J.D. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.

Joshua Balter
is a partner with Happy Even After Family Law, practicing in all areas family and divorce law. He was in the U.S. Navy for 20 years, mainly serving on submarines and with the U.S. Marines and is a veteran of multiple combat tours. Mr. Balter has traveled the world extensively, including living in Japan for three years. His life experiences taught him a respect and understanding of people of various cultures. He was a medical specialist in the Navy and completed the most demanding enlisted medical program - submarine independent duty corpsman (similar to a physician assistant) with honors. Mr. Balter served as the sole health care provider on the USS San Juan (a nuclear-powered submarine) and various other duty stations as a medical provider including with 1/25 Marines in Iraq. He completed his career by serving as the senior enlisted leader for three Navy Health Clinics. Mr. Balter is the recipient of numerous military awards, decorations, and retired as a chief petty officer with multiple combat designations. He earned his J.D. degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law concentrating on family law.

Sean M. Leonard
is an attorney with McLane Middleton's family law practice group. His practice involves representing clients in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. Before joining McLane Middleton, Mr. Leonard was a partner in a Maine law firm. He focused on various family issues, including parental rights and responsibilities, divorce, termination of parental rights, and adoption. Mr. Leonard received his LL.M. from The George Washington University Law School. He earned his J.D. degree from Roger Williams University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Leonard was the vice president of the Student Bar Association and received the Feinstein Institute of Public Service Award for his work with the Navy. Mr. Leonard received his B.A. degree from Plymouth State University, where he was a member of the school's boxing club. In his free time, Mr. Leonard spends most of his days with his wife and daughters. He is also an assistant head coach for a local high school football team.

Tyler Raymond
operates his own practice, Raymond Family Law, LLC in Bridgeport, Connecticut, exclusively practicing in the areas of family and matrimonial law. He has experience handling a wide variety of family and matrimonial cases, including high-conflict custody matters, complex asset distributions, divorces involving bankruptcies and foreclosures and high-income child support matters, to name a few. Mr. Raymond also accepts guardian ad litem appointments, both privately and by court appointment, to represent the best interests of children caught in the middle of custody disputes, and he acts as a divorce mediator and Special Master. He earned his J.D. degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law and his B.A. degree from the University of Maine. Mr. Raymond is a member of the American, Connecticut, Greater Bridgeport and Milford bar associations.

Charlene Cathcart
is the founder of The Law Offices of Charlene Cathcart in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. She has an extremely active civil and criminal litigation practice with primary emphasis on plaintiff's personal injury, criminal defense and municipal court. Ms. Cathcart also performs voluntary pro bono work for South Jersey Legal Services, Inc. She earned her a B.A. degree at Rutgers University Camden College of Arts and Sciences and her J.D. degree from Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware. Ms. Cathcart is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the Camden County Bar Association and New Jersey State Bar Association.
