Charles W. Kramer
is an attorney in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where his practice has included insurance defense and subrogation. In the past, Mr. Kramer has practiced in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury and workers' compensation. He also has handled environmental and civil rights cases. Mr. Kramer is admitted to practice before the U.S. District courts for the Eastern and Western districts of Wisconsin. He has been admitted pro hac vice in both the Eastern and Western districts of Arkansas. Mr. Kramer earned his B.A. degree, with general honors, from the University of Chicago and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Cosme Caballero
is a partner with Deutsch Blumberg & Caballero P.A., where he primarily practices insurance, premise liability and personal injury law. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Caballero is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, The Florida Bar (Grievance Committee Member for the 11th Judicial Circuit), and the American Association for Justice. He earned his B.A. degree from Florida International University; his M.F.A. degree from the University of Florida; and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.

Terry V. Hummel
is an attorney with the law firm of Schiff & Associates, Attorneys at Law. His practice and experience has involved thousands of personal injury and death claims in state and federal courts throughout Ohio and neighboring states, including Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Mr. Hummel is a member of the Central Ohio Association for Justice, Ohio Association for Justice, and Ohio State and Columbus bar associations. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Capital University.

Christine Hummel
is the president and founder of Hummel Consultation Services, a national legal consultation practice specializing in the application of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act to workers' compensation, liability and no-fault cases. She is an active attorney with licensure in the state of Colorado. With more than 25 years of experience in Medicare compliance, Ms. Hummel is a published author and popular speaker on a wide array of topics related to Medicare compliance. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Health Law Section) and Colorado Bar Association. Ms. Hummel's legal experience work includes Medicaid, probate and elder law. She donates a significant amount of time volunteering with the Federal Park Service, giving presentations on the roles of women during the American War of Independence. Ms. Hummel earned her B.S. degree from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law.
