Adriann S. McGee
is a shareholder at the law firm of Reminger Co., LPA in Columbus, Ohio, where she focuses her legal practice in the areas of fiduciary litigation, financial exploitation, incompetence and undue influence cases, power of attorney abuse, trust and will contests, probate administration, and guardianship administration and disputes. She has successfully represented individuals and institutions in all aspects of litigation from pre-litigation resolution through trial and appeal. She has served as guardian for hundreds of individuals around the state of Ohio. She is a member of various professional bar associations, including the Ohio State Bar Association and Columbus Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degrees in English and psychology from the University of Missouri, and her J.D. degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.

Thomas E. Simmons
, with University of South Dakota School of Law, focuses on trusts, estates, probate, and attorney ethics. Prior to joining the legal academy, he was a partner with Gunderson, Palmer, Nelson & Ashmore and clerked for the Honorable Andrew Bogue, senior federal district court judge. Mr. Simmons is active in trusts and estates reform and serves on the South Dakota State Bar's Ethics Committee as well as the Uniform Laws Commission. He regularly consults as an expert in litigation involving the federal estate tax, legal malpractice, and fiduciary administration. Mr. Simmons is admitted to practice in South Dakota, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota, U.S. Tax Court, and multiple tribal courts. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law and his B.S. degree in education and English from the University of South Dakota.

James J. Randall, Sr.
is a shareholder in the Monett law firm of Randall, Masri & Randall, P.C. He has practiced law for nearly 50 years. Mr. Randall's practice focuses on litigation, medical/legal issues, business transactions and estate planning. He is a former bankruptcy examiner for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Randall has lectured to attorneys, CPAs, insurance adjusters and medical personnel. He earned his A.B. degree from Rockhurst College and his J.D. degree from St. Louis University. Mr. Randall is a member of The Missouri Bar, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts of Missouri and Arkansas.

Randall D. Fisher, Esq.
is a senior counsel at Elville and Associates. He practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and estate administration, business succession planning, and asset protection. Mr. Fisher earned his J.D. degree from Texas Tech University. He he has been elected to the Maryland Super Lawyers by his peers for the past two years. Mr. Fisher is a member of WealthCounsel, a national network of estate and financial planning practitioners who collaborate to ensure changes in the law are reflected in the work they do for their clients. He is also a member of a number of community and professional organizations, including Rotary International, Anne Arundel County Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar Association, Maryland Bar Association, Wyoming Bar Association, State Bar of Texas and American Bar Association. Mr. Fisher is admitted to practice law in Maryland, District of Columbia, and before the Second and Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Kimberly D. Moss French
is an attorney and counselor at law with Influencer Firm PC, whose practice focuses on family law and oil and gas matters. A Dallas native, she brings a strong business background to her practice, having previously worked in the credit and financial industry and later as a petroleum landman researching mineral title and negotiating leases nationwide for a major natural gas exploration company. During law school, Ms. Moss French provided legal services to low-income individuals through Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, assisting clients with matters including housing disputes, public benefits claims, family law issues, and protective orders. She is an active member of Houston Volunteer Lawyers and Fort Bend County Lawyers Care and is admitted to practice before the State Bar of Texas, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Ms. Moss French earned her M.P.A. degree from the University of Baltimore College of Public Affairs; her J.D. degree from The University of Texas School of Law; and her B.A. degree in political science, cum laude, with a concentration in Spanish from the University of Florida.

is the principal attorney with Parker Counsel Legal Services in Austin. The law firm also has offices in Western Massachusetts, Portsmouth, New Hampshire and Northern New Jersey. Ms. Parker practices in the areas of special needs planning, estate planning and guardianship. She earned her B.A. degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her J.D. degree at Southwestern Law School.
