Hon. Jeanette A. Irby
is a retired Circuit Court Judge for the 20th Judicial Circuit of Virginia. She is currently managing director of Juridical Solutions PLC, where she mediates family law disputes which are most suited to alternative dispute resolution. Judge Irby is experienced in all areas of civil litigation, including complex business disputes, divorce (equitable distribution, spousal support and custody), and personal injury claims. Before going on the bench, she practiced law with her primary focus on domestic relations. Judge Irby earned her B.S. degree from Central Michigan University and her J.D. degree from Thomas W. Cooley Law School.

Cassandra A. Colombo
is a divorce attorney with Cordell & Cordell. Her practice centers around family law. Ms. Colombo earned her B.A. degree from Ursinus College and her J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Lackawanna County Bar Association and Philadelphia Bar Association. Ms. Colombo is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.

Victoria Cernadas
is a highly experienced and credentialed paralegal specializing in family law. With over three decades in the legal field and a strong track record in managing complex, high-volume caseloads, she brings both expertise and professionalism to every matter. Ms. Cernadas is a Texas board-certified paralegal in family law and holds the Advanced Certified Paralegal® designation through the National Association of Legal Assistants, with specialties in discovery. She is recognized for her exceptional legal drafting skills, client communication, and ability to train and mentor new attorneys and legal staff. Ms. Cernadas currently serves as a family law paralegal at Goranson Bain Ausley, where she plays a key role in case development, discovery, trial preparation, and client support. Her background also includes years of experience in both permanent and contract roles with various respected family law firms. A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington and Collin College, Ms. Cernadas is also an active member of numerous professional associations, including the Dallas Area Paralegal Association.

Zachary Muñoz
is an associate with DSK Law, and was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Central Florida, majoring in legal studies; and his J.D. degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law. During law school, Mr. Muñoz was the sports law chair for the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Society; was on the Student Bar Association Elections Committee; and was a member of the Hispanic American Law Student Association. He has prior experience working as a certified legal intern with the Public Defender's Office of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, where he represented indigent clients in criminal matters ranging from criminal traffic, misdemeanor, and felony offenses.
