Angela B. Kennedy
is a partner with Armstrong Teasdale LLP where her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with respect to a wide range of issues in both state and federal courts and before regulatory agencies and commissions. Her work ranges from contract disputes and intellectual property and trade secret issues to insurance and securities litigation, administrative claims and appeals. Ms. Kennedy earned her B.A. degree, with honors from Brigham Young University; her M.A. degree from Durham University; and her J.D degree, magna cum laude (Order of the Coif - CALI Awards for best student performance in six courses: Contracts, Insurance Law, Federal Courts, Professional Responsibility, Elder Law, and Veterans Clinic - JB Reynolds Prize in Insurance Law (University of Missouri) - Guy A. William L. Moran
is a shareholder in the St. Paul law firm of HAWS-KM, where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, products liability, commercial litigation, insurance defense and appellate law. He acts as national, regional and local trial counsel for a number of consumer and industrial product manufacturers. Mr. Moran has appeared in both state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout the United States, and has acted as lead counsel in complex class action litigation. He is a member of the Hennepin County and Federal bar associations, Minnesota State Bar Association, Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, and Defense Research Institute. Mr. Moran earned his B.S. degree, with honors, from St. John's University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law.

Christina L. Ingersoll
is a partner at Injury Law Associates. With over 30 years of experience on the defense side of personal injury law, Ms. Ingersoll brings a unique and powerful perspective to representing plaintiffs. She focuses on trucking accidents, car and motorcycle accidents, dog bites, slip and fall injuries, nursing home abuse, and civil rights violations. Ms. Ingersoll practices on both sides of the Kansas/Missouri state line and in all parts of the Kansas City metropolitan area.

John F. Lakin
is one of the original founding partners with his brother when Lakin & Lakin, P.C. opened in 1992. He started his legal career in Boston, Massachusetts in 1990, working for a Boston area criminal defense firm. After relocating to Florida in the year 2000, Mr. Lakin worked at the law firm of Barnes Walker, in Bradenton, Florida, where he became a partner in 2003. He was selected as a Florida Super Lawyer, for each year from 2007 to 2010. Currently Mr. Lakin handles first party property insurance litigation, civil litigation, and criminal defense cases. He has appeared as a guest speaker on Court TV, CNN Headline News, C SPAN and MSNBC as a legal analyst for criminal trials. Mr. Lakin has been interviewed on BBC international radio regarding the American legal system. In 2013, Mr. Lakin was the commencement speaker at the Massachusetts School of Law, receiving an honorary degree from the law school. As a member of ABA's International Section, Europe Committee, he has spoken at legal conferences and meetings, internationally, in London, Dublin, Toronto and Bermuda. Lawyers and Judges from United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Italy, Bermuda, Canada and other European countries attended these conferences and meetings. Mr. Lakin was vice chair of the Europe Committee in 2015-2016. He has previously handled reinsurance disputes in both the domestic and London markets. Mr. Lakin is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Florida, and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar Association, Boston Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Lakin is currently a member of the ABA's Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section, and its International Law Section and its Europe Committee. Storm Lineberger
is an attorney with Haynes and Boone, LLP in the Insurance Recovery Practice Group at Haynes Boone's Dallas office. His practice focuses on corporate insurance recovery and related complex business litigation. Representing exclusively corporate policyholders, his practice covers a wide spectrum of industries and sections, including banking, technology, healthcare, construction, hospitality, retail, entertainment, professional services, oil and gas, and much more. Mr. Lineberger's practice handles predominately corporate coverages, including the most prominent such as general liability, commercial property, and professional liability (D&O and E&O). He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts, with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma and his J.D. degree, Articles Editor, SMU Law Review; Dean's Scholarship Recipient from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. Mr. Lineberger is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Insurance Law Section of the Texas Bar, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, as well as the Business Litigation and Tort & Insurance Practices Sections of the Dallas Bar Association.
