David A. Lowe
is a partner with the law firm of Keegan, Juban, Lowe & Robichaux, LLC, where he focuses his practice in civil litigation, insurance bad faith, contracts, corporate matters, employment law, personal injury, and successions. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the state of Louisiana, and has been admitted to practice pro hac vice before multiple federal courts in other jurisdictions. Mr. Lowe has argued multiple cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit Court as well as before the Louisiana Supreme Court. He is a member of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana State, Federal and American bar associations. Mr. Lowe earned his B.A. degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University.

Matthew B. Jorden
is founding member at Jorden Law Group, where his practice focuses on plaintiff's personal injury, criminal defense and representation of licensed professionals in administrative proceedings. He has handled complex litigation involving products liability, transportation accidents, and governmental liability. Additionally, Mr. Jorden has defended clients in high profile cases prosecuted by the SEC and has had the opportunity to argue before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, California, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Jorden earned his B.A. degree from Allegheny College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.

is a partner with Deutsch Kerrigan LLP. He defends insurers, commercial transportation companies and other corporate clients in litigation matters involving claims of personal injury, survival, wrongful death, property damage and premises liability, as well as coverage disputes, subrogation actions and contractual claims. Mr. Abernathy is licensed in Louisiana and Tennessee, and admitted to practice in all Louisiana federal district courts. He earned his B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. Mr. Abernathy served as a federal juridical law clerk after graduating law school and then spent several years working as a felony prosecutor before entering private practice.

is a member with Cohen, Placitella & Roth P.C. in Red Bank, New Jersey. He focuses his work on representing those injured through mass tort, with a specialty in asbestos related disease, medical malpractice, and catastrophic incident personal injury. A member of the New Jersey State and Pennsylvania bar associations, Mr. Kuzmin has actively litigated matters venued in state and federal court in those jurisdictions, obtaining numerous positive outcomes for his clients. He has served as lead counsel on several mass tort cases in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. An active participant in the courtroom, Mr. Kuzmin is experienced in all facets of trial practice, including pre-trial preparation, voir dire, and direct and cross-examination of witnesses. is an assistant county attorney with Guilford County, North Carolina. He is licensed in both Tennessee and North Carolina. Over the course of his career, Mr. Hicks has practiced family/divorce law, probate and litigation, as well as elder law, juvenile law, and local government law. He is a member of the District 24 (North Carolina); Putnam County (Tennessee); and Tennessee, North Carolina, and American bar associations. Mr. Hicks is currently the president of the North Carolina DSS Attorney's Association. He is past president of the Putnam County Bar Association and Upper Cumberland Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Hicks is also the past vice president of the Tennessee Bar Association-Young Lawyers Division. He is a frequent speaker at legal education seminars, having presented over forty CLE presentations. Mr. Hicks is a barrister member of the Guilford Chapter, American Inn of Courts. He earned his B.A. degree from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville and his J.D. degree from Faulkner University, Thomas Goode Jones School of Law.
