is with THD Design Group, and has more than 30 years of experience in the survey field performing a variety of survey types for residential, municipal, commercial, industrial and government agency clients. He has experience in survey instrumentation and computer aided drafting (CAD) programs, as well as office and survey programs such as Trimble Office, Carlson and Civil 3D. Mr. Fischer's management experience includes overseeing drafting and field crews, as well as a branch office for an oil and gas services firm in southeast Texas. He holds professional land surveyors licenses in Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Mississippi, Kansas, Florida, Alabama, Kentucky, and Texas.

is the owner of Gryphon Law Group PS, with offices in Seattle and Lacey. She has been practicing since 1998. Ms. Rowe has focused her practice on real property issues for the last 20+ years. Her primary interest is in law relating to boundary lines (easements, adverse possession/mutual recognition and acquiescence, etc.) and community association law. Ms. Rowe also has extensive experience with other property issues such as timber, water, and purchase and sale agreements. She focuses on practical resolutions while bringing strong litigation and appellate history with several published appellate decisions on key property issues. Ms. Rowe grew up in Tacoma, Washington, graduating college from Pacific Lutheran University with honors, and then lived in Norway for three years and attended the University of Oslo. She earned her J.D. degree from Columbia Law School, where she graduated with a Certificate in International Law and studied and spoke with the Center for Environmental Research and Conservation (CERC). Ms. Rowe started work in Manhattan, and then returned to the Pacific Northwest. After starting with prestigious large firms in Seattle and Tacoma, Ms. Rowe started Gryphon Law Group in 2015 as part of focusing her practice on the specific areas of law that she enjoys and providing the flexibility and deep personal service of a smaller firm with a largely virtual-based practice. She regularly speaks and is currently working on two personal publishing projects. Ms. Rowe had a working farm for 25 years, and currently enjoys with her family a small orchard with her dogs, ducks and chickens.

is a master-in-equity for South Carolina Judicial Branch for Lexington County. He was appointed to this position in 2006. Judge Spence earned his B.A. degree from Presbyterian College and his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He is admitted to practice before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court: District of South Carolina, and U.S. Bankruptcy Court: District of South Carolina. She earned her B.A. degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. degree from The University of Chicago Law School, where she served as the managing editor of the Chicago Journal of International Law. Ms. D'Angelo is a member of the George W.
