Keith A. Krauss
is a partner with Genvoa Burns, LLC in Newark, where he focuses his practice in the areas of business law and commercial transactions, construction law and litigation, alcohol and regulated products law and intellectual property law. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Business Law Section), New Jersey State Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Mr. Krauss earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Assumption College and his J.D. degree, from Rutgers University School of Law.

is the managing attorney with Halverson Law Group, a business counsel firm for transaction and litigation matters. He has a niche focus in the cannabis industry, representing many of the largest retail and producers in the state of Washington. Mr. Halverson has been an active leader in groundbreaking cannabis related projects, speaking engagements and industry shaping. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Washington and his J.D. degree from Seattle University School of Law.

practices in both the business and estate planning and litigation groups of the Law Office of Patrick Sullivan, P.C. He earned his B.A. degree in history from The Ohio State University and his J.D. degree from Widener Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Prior to going to law school, Mr. Eichmann served for four years on Active Duty in the United States Army and left with the rank of Sergeant.

He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Abigail Allen
is of counsel to Taylor Legal, where she works with business owners and entrepreneurs looking to start a business to make sure that they are set up for success. She graduated with honors from Truman State University, where she studied philosophy and religion, and minored in French. Ms. Allen earned her J.D. degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, from which she graduated with honors and a certificate in business law. While in law school, she worked in the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic. After law school, Ms. Allen joined the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, Corporate Division and then worked at a law firm in Baltimore, Maryland as a commercial real estate and transactional attorney. She is a member of the Howard County Bar Association and Women's Bar Association of Maryland (Howard County and Baltimore). Ms. Allen is admitted to practice in all Maryland Courts.
