Casey S. Erick
is a partner with Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP and a member of the Labor & Employment practice. He focuses on commercial litigation and employment law. Mr. Erick has represented clients in both litigation and transactional matters that span across commercial law, labor and employment, real estate, consumer protection, and general litigation; including, but not limited to breach of contract, corporate trade secret theft, tortious interference, defamation, personal injury, fraud, and various other kinds of civil litigation. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and Dallas Bar Association, and is board-certified in civil trial law. Mr. Erick earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi and his J.D. degree from Baylor School of Law.

Kristyne E. Kennedy
is a partner with Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A.'s Orlando office. She is the head of the CSK Orlando's Employment Practice Group. Ms. Kennedy has been practicing for over 25 years in employment law. She represents management in employment litigation before state and federal courts in Florida and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Florida Commission on Human Relations, Department of Labor, and other administrative agencies. Ms. Kennedy also provides counseling to management regarding ongoing employment and labor matters and policy development, with an emphasis on preventive practices. She earned her B.A. degree from University of Central Florida and her J.D. degree from University of Miami.

Dean R. Dietrich
, a shareholder with Weld Riley, S.C., has represented clients in the areas of lawyer ethics and professional responsibility for more than 40 years. He has represented attorneys in matters before the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the Office of Lawyer Regulation, and consults with law firms and lawyers regularly regarding compliance with the Rules of Professional Conduct. Mr. Dietrich has served as chair of the State Bar Committee on Professional Ethics, in addition to past service on the committee appointed by the Wisconsin Supreme Court to review changes to the Wisconsin Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys. He is a member of the ABA's Center for Professional Responsibility and the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers. Mr. Dietrich is a past president of the State Bar of Wisconsin. He is a graduate of Marquette University Law School.

Aimee E. Delaney
is a partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP. She counsels employers on all aspects of the employment relationship. Ms. Delaney's traditional labor law practice includes representing management in labor negotiations, grievances and labor arbitrations, and labor board proceedings. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Iowa and her J.D. degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Ms. Delaney is admitted to practice law in Illinois and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, U.S. District Court for the Central and Northern districts of Illinois, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Nathan Wesely
is of counsel at Martin, Disiere, Jefferson & Wisdom, LLP. He is board-certified in labor and employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Wesely handles labor and employment disputes, and advises clients on compliance issues. He has extensive experience in labor negotiations, including Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service training on interest based bargaining. As in-house counsel and president of a trade association, Mr. Wesely conducted arbitrations and grievance hearings in a union setting and handled all aspects of the association's litigation. He earned his B.S.I.E. from the University of Nebraska, and his M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Wesely is admitted to practice law in Texas, Louisiana, and before the U.S. District Court; Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western districts of Texas; Eastern, Middle, and Western districts of Louisiana; U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; U.S. Supreme Court; and US Patent and Trademark Office.
