Bryant S. Banes
is the managing partner of Neel, Hooper & Banes, P.C., in Houston, Texas. He practices in the areas of labor-management relations; wage and hour litigation, including prevailing wages; alternative dispute resolution and arbitration; and is board-certified in labor and employment law. Mr. Banes litigates all types of civil matters before federal and state courts and boards and has briefed and argued numerous times before U.S. and State Court of Appeals. He has taught as an adjunct professor at both George Mason University and the U.S. Army's Judge Advocate General's School. Mr. Banes earned his B.S. degree from Kansas State University and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University.

Glenn A. Duhl
is a principal in Zangari Cohn Cuthbertson Duhl & Grello P.C., representing management in employment law and litigation. He is an experienced litigator who represents his clients in trials before federal and state court judges, juries, and administrative and arbitration proceedings. Representative matters include breach of contract, wrongful termination, discrimination, defamation, trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenants, wage and hour, harassment, and class action defense. Mr. Duhl also advises clients on litigation-avoidance strategies and techniques in complex and highly sensitive disputes. He previously served as an adjunct professor in moot court and trial advocacy at UCONN Law School, and taught advanced employment law at the University of Hartford. Mr. Duhl is licensed in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and Louisiana. He earned his B.A. degree from Wesleyan University and his J.D. degree from Tulane Law School.

is a partner and founding member of Progar Law Group LLC, with more than 40 years of experience in representing the interests of insurance companies, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. As lead counsel, he has tried more than 50 jury trials to verdict. Mr. Progar practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, employment law and insurance coverage. He is admitted to practice in the states of Wisconsin, Indiana and Illinois. Mr. Progar earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law.
