Kristen McMurray
is the founder and principal attorney at McMurray Legal Group, LLC, where she focuses her practice on real estate law. She earned her undergraduate degrees from Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School, where she graduated Cum Laude. Ms. McMurray has been sworn into the Superior Courts of Georgia, as well as the Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of Georgia, and the U.S. Northern District of Georgia courts.

Caleb G. Tomaszewski
is an attorney at Erchull Real Estate Group. He earned his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Northern Illinois University and his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School. During law school, Mr. Tomaszewski had the opportunity to clerk for a local Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge, Waukesha County Corporation Counsel and Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. These clerkships provided him with a diverse set of experiences that have translated to a unique and helpful knowledge of property and real estate law. Mr. Tomaszewski is admitted to practice law in Wisconsin.

Anne E. Wal
is a shareholder in the real estate, construction, banking, bankruptcy, and business restructuring sections of von Briesen & Roper, s.c. She represents privately and publicly held businesses, financial institutions, and governmental and quasi-governmental entities in construction, real estate, and commercial finance matters. Ms. Wal's real estate work covers all stages of commercial development, including acquisition; obtaining entitlements; negotiating development agreements, easements, or other documents memorializing property rights; negotiating design and construction contracts; and negotiating leases. She has an extensive background in banking as a former business banker, middle market commercial banking paralegal, and project manager for compliance issues at three of the largest banks in Milwaukee. While at Chase Bank (formerly Bank One), she was a member of a national project team formed to create new versions of middle market commercial loan documents. Ms. Wal's professional memberships include the American and Milwaukee bar associations, and the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Rose Pickenpaugh
is of counsel at Litwin Kach LLP. Her practice is focused on energy real estate transactions and projects including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, optioning, leasing, contract negotiations, general counsel, due diligence, development of minerals, siting campaigns, general business contract negotiations, and leading real estate teams. Since 2010, Ms. Pickenpaugh has worked at Fortune 500, publicly-traded, and vanguard start-up energy companies. She is also well versed in the full cycle of real estate transactions for utility- scale renewable energy, utility - scale battery energy storage systems, transmission lines, pipelines, and minerals (oil, gas, and other minerals). Ms. Pickenpaugh's experience and expertise spans from greenfield, development, continuing obligations and issues, all the way through decommissioning. While working for multibillion dollar companies, she successfully facilitated a spin-off of $6 billion in assets and secured another $2 billion in revolving credit. Ms. Pickenpaugh has grown and managed a portfolio of over 60 projects with 10 GW in development in more than 28 states and Canadian provinces. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas. Ms. Pickenpaugh earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Baylor University School of Law.

Heather M. Fuller
is an attorney at Sandberg Phoenix and works in the business litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on creditor's rights, title resolution, mortgage servicing law, and real estate related matters. With more than 20 years of foreclosure, eviction, and title insurance experience, Ms. Fuller is proficient in handling all aspects and phases of the default servicing process. She routinely represents lenders, investors, and servicers as they navigate state and federal compliance questions and resolve borrower disputes. Ms. Fuller has extensive experience resolving complex title issues including disputed easements, boundary lines, lien priority, clouds in the chain of title, and title insurance claim coverage matters. She has assisted clients with drafting both commercial and residential loan origination and loan modification documents. Ms. Fuller earned her B.A. degree from Eastern Illinois University and her J.D. degree from St. Louis University. She is licensed in Missouri, Illinois and Kansas, and is a member of The Missouri Bar, Illinois State Bar Association and American Bar Association. Ms. Fuller frequently speaks on topics relating to foreclosure, title defects and title insurance for mortgage servicing and attorney organizations.

Michael S. Greene
is the principal partner of Development Law Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate development and finance, real estate acquisition, sale and leasing, construction law, construction contracting and claims resolution, indoor environmental and disaster preparation and recovery, ADA and Accessibility Code, Fair Housing Act hospitality law, land use and zoning law, healthcare facilities (including nursing homes and senior living projects), trademark and copyrights for owners, design professionals and manufacturers, and alcoholic beverage licensing. Mr. Greene represents developers, institutional and entrepreneurial building owners, purchasers, sellers, landlords and tenants, contractors, mold assessors and remediators. He earned his Bachelor of Building Construction degree from University of Florida and his J.D. degree from University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law. Mr. Greene was an advisory board member for the University of Florida's Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies 2008 -2023. He is admitted to practice in Florida.
