Wallace R. Nichols
, Esq., MBA, JD, CFP®, is the founder and principal of Asset Guidance Group, LLC, a registered investment advisory firm based in Roswell, Georgia, established in January 2012. With over 30 years of legal practice since his first licensure in 1993, Mr. Nichols is an accomplished estate planning attorney licensed in the federal and state jurisdictions of Arizona, the District of Columbia, and Georgia, including bankruptcy courts. His practice focuses on estate planning and elder law, expertly integrating traditional finance with digital asset strategies, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, to address client concerns like inflation, taxes, and potential Social Security reductions for those aged 55 and older. Holding an MBA from Texas Tech University, a J.D. degree from the University of New Mexico, and a B.S. degree from Angelo State University, Mr. Nichols also carries FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and is registered as an investment advisor with the SEC and Georgia Secretary of State. As a financial and legal educator, he publishes market insights under "The Lighthouse" on assetguidancegroup.Substack.com, leveraging his extensive experience in macroeconomic trends, forex, and cryptocurrencies to empower a national clientele amid the Trump Administration's deregulatory landscape.

V. Alex Dorobantu
is an attorney and owner of Lowcountry Legacy Law Firm LLC in Beaufort, South Carolina. He was born in Bucharest, Romania and moved to Memphis, Tennessee with his family in 1988. Mr. Dorobantu attended the University of Tennessee - Knoxville where he obtained his B.A. in political science with an English minor. He then went on to the University of South Carolina School of Law where he earned his J.D. degree. Since graduating law school Mr. Dorobantu has worked primarily in the field of estate planning, asset protection and wealth transfer. He spent three years working at a boutique estate planning firm in downtown Charleston before opening Lowcountry Legacy Law Firm in 2015. Mr. Dorobantu serves on the Board of Trustees for the Beaufort Memorial Hospital Foundation, has served as the assistant head coach and the head boy's lacrosse coach at Beaufort High School from 2016 - 2021, and is a graduate of the 2016-17 class of Leadership Beaufort. Mr. Dorobantu is also an elite member of Certified Guaranty Company and has been a comic book collector for over 25 years. He is happy to use this membership on behalf of clients with high end collectible cards, posters, comics, and magazines while giving them practical advice on how to best leverage these unique assets to provide the maximum benefit to themselves and their beneficiaries. In March 2021 Mr. Dorobantu had his article "Estate Planning and Probate 101: A Quick Overview for the Non-Probate, Estates and Trusts Practitioner" published in the SC Lawyer Magazine.

Currently, Mr. Thomas's practice focuses on estate planning. He earned his B.A. degree from Cleveland State University, his M.S. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.
