Mark J. Favaloro
is the principal of Favaloro Law, originally established in Massachusetts before establishing his current Virginia Beach office. He brings 42 years of trial experience to the firm, having handled matters in the trial courts of the Commonwealths of Virginia and Massachusetts, as well as in the U.S. District Courts and Courts of Appeal in the First and Fourth circuits. Mr. Favaloro is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Massachusetts Bar Association, American Judicature Society, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice (AAJ). He earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire, his J.D. degree from the New England Law/Boston and his LL.M. degree from the Boston University School of Law.

Alexis R. Jani
is an attorney at The Bowling Law Firm, APLC. She is an attorney with over 15 years of experience in the civil litigation of medical malpractice, pharmacy errors, premises liability, personal injury and general liability matters. Ms. Jani is admitted to practice before all state courts in Louisiana, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Louisiana. She earned her bachelor's degree in political science from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and her J.D. degree from the Tulane University Law School in New Orleans. Ms. Jani is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association.

is the founding member of Gatehouse Law, where he focuses his practice on the legal needs of entrepreneurs, business law, and complex transactions, such as business formations; business transactions; raising capital for businesses; complex business negotiations; national and international intellectual property management, property disputes and expansion of business; mergers and acquisitions; and preventative law business consulting. Mr. Andrews is admitted to practice in Alabama and Georgia. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Andrews earned his B.A. degree from Birmingham-Southern College and his J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law.

Amber James
is the founder and CEO of New Beginnings Family Law, P.C., where her main areas of practice are divorce, child custody, parental alienation, mediation, adoption, and surrogacy. Prior to opening her own practice, she worked in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County Domestic Relations Division as a law clerk for the Honorable Ralph A. Ferguson, Jr., and in the firm of Shaw-Anderson, LLC. Ms. James earned her B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and her J.D. degree from the Birmingham School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Alabama and before the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. James is also a board-certified family law trial advocate, having received her board certification from the National Board of Trial Advocacy. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar, and the American, Morgan County and Huntsville-Madison County bar associations. Ms. James has previously been recognized as Female Entrepreneur of the Year in 2020 by the Catalyst Center for Business and Entrepreneurship in Huntsville, Alabama. Her firm was chosen as the Professional Services Business of the Year in 2020 by the Huntsville-Madison County Chamber of Commerce. Her firm is consistently recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Huntsville, Alabama and recently received the designation of Best Place for Working Parents.

Kevin J. Kiernan
is a founding partner of Silva, Kiernan & Associates, PLLC, where he concentrates the majority of his practice on criminal defense, DWI and bankruptcy matters. Prior to joining Matthew Silva in private practice, Mr. Kiernan had been a successful prosecutor in North Carolina's Fourth Prosecutorial District, which is comprised of Onslow, Jones, Sampson and Duplin counties. While at Indiana University, Mr. Kiernan focused his studies on the legal aspects of technology and science, criminal law and trial advocacy. He participated in Moot Court competitions at IU and at Columbia University. Mr. Kiernan was also a member of the Trial Team, where part of his responsibilities were to assist in educating and mentoring newer students in the area of trial advocacy. Mr. Kiernan has served as the State Bar Councilor for the Fifth District since 2019; is a local member of the attorney network for the United States Concealed Carry Association (U.S.C.C.A.); is a present member of the National College for DUI Defense; has successfully completed National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) recognized DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST); has successfully completed NHTSA recognized Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE); has successfully completed NHTSA and International Association of Chiefs of Police recognized the DWI Detection and SFST Instructor Development Course, which now allows him to serve as an instructor for the NHTSA recognized DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing course; has twice been a guest lecturer at Campbell University's Norman A. Wiggins School of Law; has served as the President of the Sampson County Bar for 2014 and 2015; and was invited to be a presiding judge at the American Mock Trial Association's Regional Tournament at Furman University in 2015.

Louis R. Cohan
founded Cohan Law Group, L.L.C., and has been a trial lawyer for more than 30 years. He has been recognized for his trial experience by admission into the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Cohan has litigated more than $900 million in claims for his clients and recently secured a Verdict in excess of $66 million in a fraud case. He has done work in breach of contract, fraud, injunctive relief, punitive damages, employment, trade secrets, real estate, construction and construction defects, and civil rights litigation. Mr. Cohan's practice is concentrated on business litigation and employment litigation, as well as civil litigation. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree from Emory School of Law. Mr. Cohan has served as chair of the Litigation Section, the largest section of the Atlanta Bar Association. He has also chaired the Small Firm Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Mr. Cohan has served on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Bar Association; and has chaired the Atlanta Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Atlanta Bar Association. He has received awards and recognition for his community and legal work. These awards include Super Lawyer, Legal Elite, Martindale-Hubbell's preeminent AV rating, American Board of Trial Advocates, America's Top 100 Attorneys, and the Celebrating Service Award. For many years, Mr. Cohan has chaired the Legal Run Around 5k road race, raising money for the children of injured and fallen Atlanta Police Department officers.
