William J. Amann
is a partner with Amann Burnett, PLLC, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors' rights, commercial litigation, and real estate and commercial litigation. Mr. Amann regularly represents national and regional creditors in bankruptcy courts and the state courts in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He has recently been admitted to the Southern District Federal Court for New York, representing a Massachusetts business in a contract dispute. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Amann served as legal counsel to a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee for the District of New Hampshire. In addition, he has considerable experience in the areas of commercial turnarounds, debt restructuring, equitable subordination, debt recharacterization, asset sales, title insurance, real estate conveyancing, land use, receiverships, premises liability, employment law, evictions and probate administration. Mr. Amann served on the Board of Directors for the City of Manchester's Public Library Literacy Fund for two years, starting in 2009. He is an editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute and an annual editor for the New Hampshire Bar Association's Supreme Court At-a-Glance article series. Mr. Amann regularly speaks before professional and trade groups on the topics of bankruptcy, creditors' rights and real estate. Prior to practicing law, he was employed by Fidelity Investments as a trade resolution specialist, and by Ford Motor Credit Company as an account executive and branch legal liaison. Mr. Amann is a former police officer. He earned his B.A. degree from Saint Anselm College and his J.D. degree from Massachusetts School of Law.

Andrew L. Crabtree
is the principal of the Law Offices of Andrew L. Crabtree, P.C., where his firm focuses on transactional and litigated real estate, landlord-tenant, construction and general commercial business matters. He has a broad background in residential condominium development and sales in commercial leasing; and represents commercial owners, developers, purchasers and tenants, including a national franchise chain in commercial leasing and landlord and tenant matters. Mr. Crabtree represents businesses and individuals in federal and state trial courts, as well as in arbitrations and before administrative tribunals involving commercial disputes, constitutional claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, business torts, unfair competition, employment claims, trade secrets and intellectual property cases. He also represents contractors, owners, developers, design professionals, municipalities and state agencies relating to public and private construction and development projects, mechanics' liens, commercial lease disputes and landlord-tenant matters. Mr. Crabtree is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and Suffolk County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. degree from Fordham University Law School.

Ashley Cline
is of counsel at Winstead PC. A member of the real estate development and investments practice group, she focuses her practice on real estate and general business transactions, including the leasing, acquisition, financing, development, operation, and disposition of real estate. Ms. Cline primarily represents office, industrial, medical, and retail clients in connection with a wide variety of leasing and development matters, as well as ground leases and master lease agreements. Ms. Cline represents landlords in numerous lease transactions regularly involving more than 500,000 square feet of space. She also represents a broad spectrum of office, industrial, medical, and retail tenants in connection with their leasing needs. Ms. Cline currently represents the ownership of one of Dallas' premier retail developments, as well as the ownership of marquee mixed-use buildings in the Uptown Dallas area. She earned her B.A .degree from University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law.

is a partner at Warshaw Burstein, LLP. He has extensive experience in state and federal commercial litigation, especially with matters involving real estate assets. Mr. Hack brings to bear expertise in disputes involving all aspects of the real estate industry, from landlord and tenant, to net-lessor and net-lessee, to buyer and seller, to contract vendor and vendee, to condominiums and cooperatives, to name but a few. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from University of New Mexico and his J.D. degree from Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Richard J. Sandor Jr
is a shareholder Anderson Kill P.C. His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, real estate financing and commercial lending (including bonds, commercial loans, construction loans, swaps, and lines of credit), construction law, corporate law, green technology projects (including solar and battery storage developments), IDA bond financing ,and straight lease transactions and leasing. He also represents banks, companies, organizations, and businesses on a variety of corporate transactions, such as formation, commercial sales, joint ventures, and other corporate matters. He has almost 30 years of experience with complex real estate and lending transactions. This experience enables him to identify legal risk factors and issues, while implementing legal protections where necessary or advisable. He representative clients include lending institutions, private lenders, hospitals, real estate developers, contractors, architects, family funds, companies, and individuals. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Colorado and his J.D. degree from Albany Law School where he was also an Edgar A. Sandman Fellow.
