Overview
Psychological insight. Legal strategy. Better outcomes.
Mental health issues can quietly undermine credibility, distort memory, complicate client decision-making, and derail otherwise strong cases. Attorneys encounter these challenges every day - often without clear guidance on how to respond. This condensed program gives you a clear framework for recognizing mental health red flags, avoiding common communication traps, and managing high-conflict behavior - without becoming an armchair psychologist. It will also show you how to use mental health experts and records strategically. Blend mental health awareness with legal judgment to strengthen your representation - register today!
- Recognize mental health red flags lawyers most frequently encounter (and miss).
- Identify high-conflict personality traits before they derail representation.
- Distinguish legitimate illness from exaggeration or malingering.
- Understand what mental health reports actually say - and what they don't.
