Raymond Nardo
is a sole practitioner with The Law Office of Raymond Nardo in Mineola, New York. He has been retained by employees, employers, unions, and municipalities to represent their interests in claims involving overtime pay, discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower claims, and nearly all other employment claims. Mr. Nardo has won jury verdicts for both employers and employees, and has obtained millions of dollars in settlements, verdicts, and awards for employees. He is also an adjunct professor at SUNY Old Westbury where he teaches labor and employment law, a mediator for the U.S. District courts for the Southern and Eastern districts of New York, and an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and Nassau County District Court. Mr. Nardo practices extensively in federal court, New York state court, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and New York State Division of Human Rights (NYSDHR). He earned his B.A. degree from the College of William & Mary and his J.D. degree from New York University School of Law.

Amy Cann, Esq.
, is the founder of Cann Law, P.C., a seacoast-based firm serving businesses, nonprofits, and individuals across New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine. She advises on business and employment law, contracts, compliance, and privacy/technology-related legal issues, with a practical, plain-English approach. Ms. Cann also presents nationally for business associations and professional organizations, delivering actionable guidance on current legal and operational issues.

N. DeWayne Pope
is a partner in the Birmingham and Atlanta offices of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP. He is a member of the commercial litigation and employment law practice groups at the firm. Mr. Pope has extensive experience representing corporate clients in state and federal court litigation, mediation and arbitration relating to business disputes and consumer claims. He also has extensive experience representing employers in a wide variety of employment litigation in both state and federal courts, as well as in administrative settings before the EEOC, NLRB and Department of Labor. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Pope counsels employers on best practices for employment law compliance and provides real-time solutions when issues arise in the workplace, specifically with regard to disability accommodation, leave issues, workplace investigations, wage and hour issues, discipline, termination and litigation avoidance. His counseling work also includes drafting of employment handbooks, policies and procedures, protecting company intellectual property, and management training. Mr. Pope earned his B.S and B.A. degrees from the University of South Alabama and his J.D. degree from Samford University Cumberland School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Alabama State Bar and The State Bar of Georgia.

David Gabor
is a partner with The Wagner Law Group where he focuses his practice in human resources consulting; which includes drafting policies, negotiation of contracts, training employees, representing employers during audits, and overseeing ADA compliance for websites. Mr. Gabor handles litigation in federal and state courts and at arbitrations in issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship. He also maintains an appellate practice. Mr. Gabor is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the New York State and Massachusetts bar associations, Northeast Human Resources Association, Society for Human Resource Management, and Labor and Employment Law Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Centre.

is a partner with Hyland Levin Shapiro LLP, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of employment, counseling and commercial litigation. She serves as a trustee of the Burlington County Bar Association and founding member of the New Jersey Law Journal's Young Lawyers Advisory Board. Ms. Balne was selected for the New Jersey State Bar Association's Professional Achievement Award. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Ramapo College and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden.
