R. Lee Robertson, Jr.
is the managing partner of Robertson & Associates, a boutique commercial, construction and real estate litigation law firm located in Charlotte, North Carolina. He manages the firm's robust litigation practice, successfully and aggressively representing businesses and individuals throughout the Charlotte metropolitan area and across North Carolina. Mr. Robertson has tried numerous jury and bench trials to verdict, and since 2012 has recovered more than $75,000,000 for his clients. He primarily represents contractors, subcontractors and owners in construction disputes over workmanship and payment. Mr. Robertson also represents and defends hundreds of businesses and nonprofit organizations in all manner of transactions and disputes related to formation and governance, employment, policy development, contracts, and real estate; as well as licensed professionals, including real estate agents, plumbers, electricians, physicians, attorneys and other licensed professionals before their respective licensing boards. His firm handles a variety of non-litigation matters for its clients, including commercial real estate transactions, entity formation, estate planning, and estate administration. Mr. Robertson earned his B.A. degree at North Carolina State University and his J.D. degree at the Charlotte School of Law. He was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2012, and is licensed to practice before all North Carolina courts and the United States District Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern districts of North Carolina, as well as the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Professionally, Mr. Robertson is very engaged with the Mecklenburg County Bar, Mecklenburg Bar Foundation and North Carolina Bar Association.

Caroline Weyandt
is an attorney at James, McElroy and Diehl, P.A. Her practice focuses exclusively on family law, including issues related to child custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, and domestic violence, as well as the issues of alienation of affection and criminal conversation. Ms. Weyandt is a magna cum laude graduate of Auburn University. She earned her J.D. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.

M. Jackson Nichols
is a sole practitioner as The Law Office of Jack Nichols, where his main areas of practice are public policy, administrative, labor and employment, occupational and professional licensing, regulatory and compliance, government, and commercial litigation. A formerly elected Wake County Court commissioner (1990-1994), he is admitted to practice before the North Carolina State Bar; Fourth Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals; U.S. District Court Eastern, Eastern, Middle and Western districts; and U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Nichols is a member of the North Carolina and Wake County bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from Davidson College, his M.P.P.S degree from Duke University and his J.D. degree from Wake Forest Law School. He is an adjunct professor of Campbell Law School and teaches administrative law.

Jennifer A. Taylor
is a partner and the VP of compliance and operations at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin. She has over 15 years of experience in the areas of personal injury law, Social Security disability, domestic violence law, family law, and employment law. Ms. Taylor earned her B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina in communications studies and her J.D. degree from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law. She currently serves as the intake administrator and co-counsel liaison for the firm. In her dual roles, Ms. Taylor is laser-focused on trying to ensure that all clients receive quality representation whether she is offering guidance on incoming calls, building relationships with other firms, or serving as the director of intake and co-counsel liaison on case referrals. She is licensed in the state of North Carolina.
